Coraline perormed at “Sanremo music festival” is something that cannot be missed! An exciting, poignant and passionate performance. Damiano was so excited that he held back tears for most of the performance. This song, as he explained in several interviews, is his favorite, the most heartfelt one. These wonderful guys are so much more than just a rock band. ❤️
At first it reminded me a lot of Zitti e Buoni and I Wanna Be Your Slave (which btw were also singles of 2021, just from their album). But I started loving it on its own as soon as I knew that they wrote this as a parody of all the hate, criticism and stereotypes they faced after Eurovision (being Italian, playing rock, singers being narcissists, unfounded drug accusations, the clothes they wear etc.). Yeah, the song's about sex, but also making life as a band fun again because everything became too serious for their taste. Besides, Mammamia is a banger and the video makes it even better!
yeah, it's one of those songs that get better the more you hear it, and watching them perform it live makes it even better. It's not my fave of theirs, but it's still pretty good.

Great reaction. I recommend you to watch the original video of this song because it is very fun. I do not want to anticipate anything, but it is a video that like the lyrics of the song is full of stereotypes. I only tell you to read the writing on Damiano's shirt and see what happens ..... the classic egocentric singer and jealous musicians ...... This song was written in two days, after the victory of the eurofestival song contest 2021. They were accused of being drugged by the French team and many threw mud at them !! This is why in the chorus they say "spit your love on me I'm on my knees, and I can't wait to drink your rain", in reference to that mud and in reference to drugs they say that they are not addicted, but that they are hot because they are Italian !!! An extremely ironic and very funny song in pure Maneskin style !! Greatings from Italy!!

And all of a sudden you had people claiing he was doing lines of coke on live television with over half a dozen cameras on him. (And you know with both their manager and a representative of RAI the tv station that sent them, sitting a mere few feet next to him) A swedish reporter then actually asked about it during their winner's press conference, you know right after their victory, while Damiano was understandably more than a bit drunk. I mean they just won Eurovision, which no one, including them, ever expected. And then a French politician got involved, and even tried to get them disqualified over it. (While France just happened to have placed 2nd) Anyway, Damiano volunteered to do a drug test, and they asked for a thorough investigation to prove their innocense. The test of course came back negative...And the organizers did find the broken glass and zero traces of cocaine.
Awesome reaction as always! I think is time you hit one of their slow Italian songs… it is a completely different vibe. My suggestion is Coraline. I am adding a specific link because is the best live version, it is with orchestra, the lyrics in English are in the screen (the text is big because heavy copyrights) and last and most importantly… The heavy emotional hit that gives because the song is personal, the stage is one if the most important in Italy and because was their triumphant return after a crazy year to a country they feel doesn’t appreciate them. Thx. Victoria has stated, that this is just "A Silly Song". The lyrics are for me sarcastic on the "dope-gate" at Eurovision. Rock is back in mainstream. Can't wait for the next album, hope it keeps the high quality.

Всё в дыму, в огнях, Дами веселится, шутит, меняет слова, стоит практически на голове у сердитых английских охранников , с которыми,кажется, все поругались 🤣! Реальный рок-концерт 🤘💥, хотя никогда никаких проблем , никакой агрессии! Дами умеет руководит хаосом, даже в финале концерта, когда зрители уже на сцене, весёлые, полураздетые, все равно , все внимательны, дружелюбные, довольные💯💥 . ( и , не буду даже упоминать итальянский период группы, что вытворял в те годы на сцене юный длинноволосый Дамиано ,не для всех эфиров подходит, - может поэтому на эти записи очень мало реакций , хотя для всех фан- клубов это "классика жанра " от МАНЕСКИН 🤟🤩❗).

That's probably because it's a live demo released only on the b side of the Mammamia vinyl. There's no clean audio and no live performances of it because it wasn't "officially" released. But I love it and can't wait to hear a final version of it. There's honestly so much going on in this song. I'm a big fan of songs having so many parts that you don't know where the chorus, verse and bridge are, very Queen and Led Zeppelin like. Besides, there are sadly not many channels who react to only audio.
A huge flop for them but a very good anthem for all pissing lovers around the world. It was naive of them to think that radios and Tv would play a song about piss ^^
not that big a flop, it already has close to 60 million streams just on spotify, and it's still growing by about a million a week (at least) which might not be a superhit, but it's actually a pretty good streaming number. (also from what I've understood it's about squirting, not necesserily pee. But with how much of a horny song it is, that did bother it radio wise.)

The single "Mamma Mia" Flopped miserably in Europe and was a top ten hit only in Lithuania and Italy. It's a fact, datas are available everywhere. And it was a flop because it was their new song after two international smash hits and they expected a lot more. In Uk, after 3 top hits, this song entered at the position 52 and disappeared the week after. Facts, not meaningless words. The official video on you tube has been watched by 21 million people in one year. The video of Blando and mahmood reached 30 million views in three weeks. Facts, not useless words to feed your confirmation bias.
