I love Deep House without end, and its evolving beautifully, but the era of Hooj Choons, Transport , Siesta, NRK, Strictly Rhythm, Cajual, OM, Naked Music, Salted, lowdown, LCG and so so many others that took so much of my salary from '96-mid 2000s can never be matched again. Those kats lived and grew House Music and they ran that sh*t! Just that smooth, syrupy, soulful, and sexy funky deepness was(&still is) the most fun, technical, and truly expressive forms of underground to play, especially the vinyl. It's an artform unlike techno, trance, breaks, dnb, or any sub genre. Not trying to say it's the best, I AM saying Deep House is the best. Thanks #Freeisindahouse for the always impeccable selections!
