i have the k&f, the footage start to get very heavy vignetting even at stop 4, i pair it with rf 15-35, it gets better at 25mm, it is possible to fix it in the post but i rather not, this specific filter ruined many of my travel shots.

A set of fixed NDs, especially with one of those magnetic quick swap systems, will perform a lot better and you can fill in the gaps in coverage with small changes to shutter speed and/or f-stop.

just don't buy Variable ND filter... they're all pretty terrible it's just how they work that makes them terrible... a decent set of fixed ND filters go for like $60 for common sizes... or you just buy a matte box and a set of filter for like $150 and you can use it on any lense

Just don't use Variable NDs. Id rather ruin the shot by cranking up the shutter speed. Fake motion blur could be added in post. But the green vignette is harder to fix in post.

I'm all about original detail and color of the lens so when I saw that I don't lose any sharpness and color is accurate my jaw dropped. My 7artisan 50mm t1.05 is not that sharp so I didn't want to lose any more detail. This ND start to vignette at 9.5 and than hard x pattern at 10 stops, but no vignette at 8 stops at all. I shot at iso 100 during the day but if you use camera with native iso 600 and above 8 stop will not be enough unless you bring lens down to t8!

I personally recommend fixed ones, as variable ones tend to be more expensive, and most importantly, you get color cast.
Color Cast completely ruins your image, on one corner it would look purple, and on the other corner it would look blue, this is why I never buy variable ones.
