How it is a clonal cell? the final tube #5 containing 8cells/mL, you have used it as a single cell but it contains 8 cells/ mL and you have used 2mL of it to grow the culture so basically it is from 16 cells to develop into a culture. please correct me if i am wrong
you are correct. I think this wont be a monoclonal cell line IF and only IF the daughter cells are collected from a merged offspring. What I think is happening here is that they know that in 3 weeks THEY WOULD HAVE ONLY between 8-16 INDIVIDUAL colonies that probably is easy to spot and separate. Then from each of these They can start 1 to 16 clonal cell lines. This makes sense if we think that relative to other cultures in which the typical density is in the order of 10x10e04 or higher, then would be considerably challenging to pick 1 single cell.
Very Useful Thank you ❤

Very helpful
I cannot click on my screen
me too
They skipped the most important part, the single cell itself.
