It’s not law enforcement against rappers, it’s law enforcement enforcing the LAW. By the way rappers glorifying selling drugs and gangs and shootings etc is perpetuating this culture of crime. That said I think to a certain extent, drugs should be regulated and made legal. People who want to do drugs will do them legal or not. Making them legal would basically cripple the illegal drug trade and all the violence that comes with it not to mention eliminating one of the cartel’s main sources of income. Prohibition does not work. The only reason I can think of as to why the government continues this futile, utter failure of a war on drugs is they want as many people in prison as possible. Imprisoning people after all is very profitable. Just my two cents 🤷♂️
The main reason people don’t think about when taking the drug trade away from the cartels is that they’re not gonna give up making money. Kidnappings, paid assassinations, extortions and the sex slave trade finna explode. They already make more money from their sex slaves than the drugs

Like I said I don't know all the laws but I do know you can pay for consensual sex in Nevada.
