Awesome. How long can the cakes stay without a fridge? I wonna make for my daughter. 😮
They can last about four to tube days depending on how hot or cold the place is.
You can use preservative. Lemon gives them about a week alcohol about a week or more depending on how you've made it. Also traditional cakes last long they don't need to be refrigerated. It's these modern cakes with alot of liquid and little eggs that don't last long. Then fruit cakes go to even up to a year. Also you let the cake cool enough don't cover in a tin when still warm and don't use too much liquid it will last.

The coffee cake recipe says 2 eggs but on the video you added 4 eggs. Which is which?
