fun house for the win my brother!! you got some really good stuff there that's Satan is real I did not know that was worth money.. and like 4 years ago I let it go for like $5 I had no idea I just thought it was some hillbilly thing..lol
Your fact are little mixed up anyhow on to Billie Holiday Lady in Satin her worse album as she was at the end of her career Drugs finally took her- I had close to 100,000 records at one time Sold 90% of them mainly 40-50-60s Jazz 50-60 70 Rock with a handfull in the 80s Vinyl was so Bad Also most of the Hair Bands Sucked compaired to the 60-70s-Anyway Good Video or Download What is it?
Simpson. Cool. Would absolutely love in my collection. I blew it on Led Zeppelin this past weekend. Went to an estate sale And found two pristine Runes and III lps. Both were listed $40. Should have gone back the next day. Almost positive they Didn’t sell. Wasn’t willing to pay that much.
If you ever wanna part ways with that Louvin Brothers hit me up and we can make a deal man. An OG of satin is real is my ultimate grail and you are 100% right about them being beat to s*** when you do see them. Great video, awesome finds. Take care and be safe!!!
That collection sounds like a dream find. My first time viewing one of you videos and enjoyed it. The Louvin Brothers were kind of the last of the Brother Duos that started in the 1930s with acts like the Monroe Brothers and Delmore Brothers. Usually guitar and mandolin and the great Harmony vocals, often referred to as "Blood Harmony". It's a great sub-genre to dig into. I did a series of videos on this concluding with the Louvins. They are the precursors of The Everly Brothers so as you move forward The Beatles and most any Rock band that features close harmony singing. I'll sub and look for more content going forward, take care.
Am intrigued by that Karin Jones album. I’ll be checking that out! You’re dead right about Nina Simone and Bille Holliday. Just the best!!!! An amazing haul you got there Will !
