Pork 1 kg.

I put it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 60 minutes at 200°C/392°F.

soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
honey 1 tsp.
French mustard 1 tsp.
Mix well.
I grease the meat with sauce.
I put the meat in the oven for another 15-20 minutes (until golden brown).
Cut 300 g red cabbage into thin strips.
1 cucumber.
1 shallot.
salt 2 tsp.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
Mix well.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
I take the meat out of the oven.
