Just a tip. Removing the pith in the middle (that white column in the middle of the lime) helps you get rid of the bitter taste after you muddle the lime wedges :)

Hey Rico thank you for your videos. I believe you made drinks much more easier and funny. Change the bad boy absolut by cachaça (here in Brazil) and you will have Caipirinha. Can you make Fitzgerald with Absolut? Thanks
