A very touching story so well told. Thank you so much for the courage to tell us dear Mr. Elster. May the Lord bless and keep you and your family. Let us learn never to allow this to happen again. Love is the answer. Watching from Canada.

I really like his voice and the way he tells his story, As he mentioned the teasing because he has an accent. I cant imagine fighting that hard to survive.

That mother that suffocated her baby was courageous even if in the end they were all found and killed.
She knew that if her baby’s cries caught the soldiers’ attention everyone with her would have been killed.
She sacrificed her baby probably not so much for herself, but for the others. I don’t know if I would ever have that kind of strength.

Several times I started to turn this off because the story became too much for me. I shouted to myself "you will listen to every word". I listened to all of it with tears streaming down my face. When that farmer who turned your mother in is standing before Christ on judgement day I wonder what his reason will be? May God grant you peace.

Very sad and awful what happened to you but what about the Palestinians? Why are Israeli's so blind to see the sufferring that you inflict upon them? Humanity and human rights for everyone, including the Palestinians.
