What kind of difficulty are you running into? Do you feel like you are writing too much? One strategy that I have is to first start with the vocabulary words. We didn't record them for the audiobook because it didn't flow. But if you go into your textbook, they'll give you a full list of the key words for the chapter. I like to start there because all of those ideas are key concepts. Learning how to take effective notes can take time, but keep working on it and you're sure to improve.
