You’ll be able to become a citizen of Canada and go back to the UAE. By doing so, you’ll have a relatively decent place to be deported to if you get in trouble in the Emirates

Were you born in Canada ? …..perhaps you can look at somewhere in Latin America like Mexico, El Salvador , Panama ?
You could also look at some of the Mercosur States including : Uruguay and Brazil and their Passports give you lots of free movement in South America !
If you are not happy in Canada, you must move on to somewhere better .

@@mydpRuI don’t need to become a cutie of Canada. I was born in Canada. And for your comment on deportation… it only exists in dictionaries of people such as yourselves because people like you have that mindset to commit crimes.
I on the other hand am blessed to move around freely to wherever I want to without trouble.

I strongly disagree with your vision of Chile. Not only it´s very unsafe and ridiculously expensive for the quality of life you get, but you also forget to mention that when your short tax-exempt period ends, you pay regular taxes that can be up to 45%. The most wealthy Chileans are actually leaving the country.
