This recording is a hypnotic fantasy where the listener is seeing a doctor to be treated for some insomnia they are experiencing. The doctor does a quick examination before proposing that hypnosis could be used to help the listener. The listener is taken into a deep trance and then led to a cozy room with a soothing pulsating light and various comfy places to rest and drift off into sleep if they so choose. This file has an optional wake up command at the end of it and if you want to sleep deeply at the end of it you will. Enjoy.

Edit After 1st Listen: Got to benefit from the suggestion that you won’t necessarily need hypnosis every night! Fell asleep to no noise last night for the first time in probably years!
