- Jenny was at Warley Model Railway Exhibition this year, to see the layouts and meet everyone. Here's a look at what she saw. Thanks to Iron Horse Railways for helping Jenny out with filming. You can find his channel at: / banditbam
Crowd and layout noises DUBBED. This is to avoid reproducing conversations being held by others present plus poor original audio which was just people talking loudly.

Thank you for posting - a few layouts I missed there.
Great to meet you and @Iron Horse at Warley. I thought I’d seen most of the layouts but from this video - missed a few! Made it home (US) now need to go through “me bargains”
Great to meet you too!
I think my best bargain was a Hornby Gronk for £5 - don’t know if it works yet! I’ll try it tonight.
Thanks Jennifer we met you at Burnley it was good talking to you. I really like the way you take your time going around the exhibitions and the exhibitors it is really good. Thanks Jennifer bryan
Love the hat! Attitude wins!
Hat for the win!
Great video showing the variety of layouts on display. A good source of inspiration for me and other modellers
This show is the equivalent to York here in the states.
It is the biggest show in the UK
Thx for posting
You’re welcome!
Great video Jenny.
I was there all day both days also filming, I didn't spot you at all :(
Great video Jenny and Craig feels like I was there, some good layouts .
Did you manage to take a look at the JSModels stand at all? We were opposite Deadmans Lane
Being from the USA I was surprised how much North American prototype modeling there was. (Pleasantly, but surprised none the less.) UK prototype is much more colorful.
Disappointing that there were so many unknown layouts. If you film a layout, you should at least credit the builder(s)
Ideally, but I can well imagine these things slip through the net trying to capture everything. Besides, I'm 95% sure I can rectify one: 02:57 is Bachmann's own demonstration layout for 009 models, chiefly the new Noth Wales quarry Hunslets we glimpse again later in the video on their stand, and Tal y Llyn Railway slate wagons, but also the quarry buildings they've offered for a couple of years now... If you're happy to ignore the loco' shed being easily double the size of the prototype in Dinorwic Quarry (specifically the shed on Penrhydd Bach level).
Excellent video
That looks like it was a great time out! I hope you got a few bargains and some stock to review; I think you mentioned on The Monday Club. Love the hat too. I thought Zoe had the monopoly on the hats! It's good to get out and about. Nice one to all involved and to all the Monday Club folks there to greet you. Thanks Jenny. Keep Safe. Cheers! @Jennifer E Kirk
Some wonderful scenic modelling on show. My favourite? Plumpton Green. Some exhibitors were running their trains way too fast...it spoiled the illusion for me. Personal triumph...I'd budgeted £350 to spend and kept well within it. However, had there been a 00 Works Small Hopper 4-4-0 for sale I'd likely have blown the lot.
With hat :-) Great video Jen!
