I assume that they were all aware of the risk and were triggering it intentionally hence the filming angle. They are all seasoned backcountry skiers. Not saying that there was no risk at all, just that they know what they are doing.
@@benjaminmartinez9569 it’s impossible for us to know from watching the movie what was going on precisely. That is exactly my point. Whether it was a ski cut, or maybe they didn’t even notice it until afterwards doesn’t matter, they should call it out and discus it. This way it creates an idea that the risk of avalanches is is something people don’t have to worry about.
