Whenever I look at game communities, it's always about some character being sexualized whether it's in art or just being mentioned in an nsfw conversation. But as someone in the community since around 2014, I WILL admit that this fandom isnt perfect, as with any other fandom. there's lots of drama and lots of sexual people who seem to speak the loudest amongst the sea of actually normal people. But this goes for a lot of other communities INCLUDING roblox, halo, undertale, whatever.
When people see the furry fandom from the outside, they see the parts that get the most attention because being a normal furry is BORING to people and gets no attention. People in the furry fandom nowadays are so open to sexuality and they're proud of it, which I think is okay, they're adults they can do whatever the fuck they want if it's consensual. But at the same time, some furries dont bother to worry about the minors in the community. It's just all a huge mess when everything in the internet is just out there for everyone to see and give bad examples.
