@@antonlongman.865 I just got a 5'7" BP. I am about 6" and 90 kilos in weight. The BP is about 40 liters (I usually use 32 to 34-liter boards). I only had two opportunities to surf it. The bottom line the board is insane - although it is huge for me (40 Liters) the helium construction is soo light it makes it very easy to maneuver however I guess the construction + using your advised fins made it more maneuverable than any other board I have ridden. It is very easy to catch waves and pass flat sections.
Your review really helped me go for more volume and choose the right fins - so thanks a lot!

Man - I was apprehensive about going with a 6’1 but I am literally your exact height and weight. Your video really helped me make my decision - thank you!!! Wonderful review.

Nice work mate like the reviews. Be interested to hear what you think about the seaside. I have had a baked or sweet spud in my quiver for many years now have some different boards but often think of that was maybe THE small wave board of all time. You might have already but you might enjoy my channel. I do similar reviews on similar volume and ride similar fins. Cheers. Dave

Hey @antonlongman. 8, sick review! loving the content. I've got an opportunity to pick one up second hand, it's 5'11". I'm 6'3", 105 kg (About 16.5 stone), do you reckon it'd be the right size for me? Cheers!

Hey great review man! I just rode my baked potato for the first time about a week ago and it absolutely ripped down the line, but a little too much... I couldn't seem to turn and I suspect that's just because I had quads in. I swapped my quads out for some keel fins and just bought a trailer fin as well after watching your review in hopes to get a bit more maneuverability and control. Would you say the quad set up or twin setup is faster?

I'm about the same weight as you and have a 6'2 timbertek sweet potato but with fcs ll fin system. What fins would you recommend for surfing 1-3 ft weak waves?

What would recommend between the baked and sweet potato for a novice 180lb 5'11" guy like myself? Thinking something around a 6-6.2ft board, don't need a long or funshape. Great review btw! 🤙

Hi, great review! I am very interested in getting a baked potato. I would consider myself somewhere between an advanced beginner and intermediate level (33 years old, 1.75 m and 69 kg without wetsuit). Do you think 5’9” will be a good size for me?
    Thanks a lot!

Hi Anton, how are you? I already have a 6.2 and a 7.0 Pukas boards on my quiver. But actually nothing short seems to work here in dutch windy crappy small waves. I am considering to buy a groveler board which would eventually work on knee conditions, but durable enought to bring it to my trips to where the surf is a bit more serious. Anyways I barely go way bigger than overhead. I was thinking about retro fishes, Lib Lost puddle jumper, Lib Lost puddle fish, or something in the Firewire range such as go fish, baked potato or seaside. In summmary, hard and durable for trips, mainly groveler for The Netherlands, but working also cool in bigger conditions when I travel to real oceans... any idea?

Funny, I'm also looking for a new groveler for Dutch conditions. I surf in general in the Netherlands a 7.6 minimal and I'm searching for replacing my 100 times repaired and dinged Al Merrick Biscuit (6.4). I also am doubting between the Puddle Jumper, Puddle Fish and and BP. Looking forward to your advice.

Jelle Kloth haha hey Jelle! We all have the same problem here then. Our local spot is crap and then we need to travel abroad. So we never find the right board for this local conditions and every time we travel, we come back full of dings :))) I actually I learnt to repair them very well, but I am tired of this!
