This one is good. The "Repunzal is Elsa and Anna's sister" theory never made sense and had way too much reaching. But cousins def makes sense. I don't think Agnar was ever interested in magic though, given how he reacts to Elsa's magic (and he never goes back to them in later years either). I think he knew where to find the trolls because of his sister. Arianna was the explorer and researcher of magic. When they were children, she dragged him along, at some point, or maybe more than once, he met the trolls with her. That's how he knew to find them later. Also this makes sense as to why Gothel couldn't eat the flower herself and retain its power. Clearly there is some sort of magic in Agnar and Ariannas family line. Not everyone has it but it appears in some. So that's why the cure helped Arianna (but didn't fundamentally change her) but Rapunzel had some gene or trait present within her that allowed the magic to take hold in her. (something that was dormant in Arianna but became activated in Zel)

Wasn't the golden flower speculated to be somewhere around Greece? You know like, Hercules falling from the sky is the drop that fell from the sun? And like Moana is waaay far from Greece. Also just the environment around the flower in Moana (lots of vegetation) looks different than the one in Tangled (a plain cliff). Could more sun drops have fallen around the world? If so, did more (demi)gods fell?
I personally do not believe the Hercules theory to be true and arianna could have witnessed this flowers power in moana’s island and when having birth she probably requested for the same type so the one in the movie was probably the nearest
So, King Agnar and Queen Arianna are brother and sister, and also have a sister named Willow, apparently. Arianna married King Frederic, and together they had Princess Rapunzel who married Eugene "Flynn Rider" Fitzherbert, and who was kidnapped/adopted/fostered by Mother Gothel. Agnar married Queen Iduna and together they had Queen Elsa, Princess Anna, and Tarzan, King of the Jungle. Anna is in a relationship with Kristoff, who was adopted by Bulda, daughter of Grand Pabbie, and her husband Cliff. Tarzan was adopted by Kerchak and Kala after their son died; they also had a niece, Terk, whose father was apparently named Tubal. Tarzan married Jane Porter, daughter of Archimedes Q. Porter. Jane has an aunt named Isabelle and a cousin named Gwendoline, and is probably a descendant of Prince "The Beast" Adam and his wife, "The Beauty" Belle, daughter of Maurice and his wife, whose name might be Colette. Further, Elsa created Olaf, Marshmallow, and the Snowgies, and could thus be called their mother. I think this covers the entire ever-growing family tree.
If Elsa is their mother then, baring any strange and very specific stipulations in succession and assuming they don't disappear when Elsa dies, Olaf is next in line for the throne, followed by Marshmallow, and so forth. Snow sneezes are more likely to inherit the throne than Anna.
I mean isn't Olaf kinda related to the giant snow monster that attacks Anna and kristoff when they are going to find Elsa. I mean they were both made by Elsa and that's not nothing. I know that's not super exciting but he would technically be related to someone else in a Disney movie :)
He IS related to the snowgies, DisneyChannelVEVO. He specifically calls them "little brothers". That by itself implies that yes, he is ALSO related to Marshmallow.
Omg yes! I was like "who edited this? why didn't they watch it before uploading?" This video feels weird... Like... Hello? We've known about this theory for such a long time. Nothing new. And the glitches? What's that about?
For the people saying this is stolen from The Film Theorists, no, it's not, The Film Theorists video suggests that Elsa and Rapunzel are sisters. It also suggests that the ship that Ariel finds is the wrecked ship of the king and Queen of Arendelle. This is a modified version of that theory at best.
Keana Astalos Its funny how those hypocrites can go around on other channels claiming they 'stolen' from game/film theory but when anyone mentions even an idea that other youtuber talked about a subject before Mat Pat they get all up in arms
They're still late on this one, I don't remember who made a video like this before but I had a deja vu moment when I saw the title of the video cuz I thought it was a repost. Ik which video you are talking about but there is another video that focuses on this as well, or maybe it's just so popular that I assumed I got it from this channel idk.
Actually it's not even originally The Film Theorists. MatPat basically modified the cousin thing and made it his own thing, with the whole sisters and not actual sisters. The cousins thing is actually the original theory. But this video is still amazing. ^w^
I have a theory I think Abner is so protective because he heard that his sister Ariana's daughter was taken away because of powers that her daughter had just like Elsa
I also like to think that the Stabington twins are two of Hans's brothers that got tired of the wait to the throne so they ran away to have fun, and disgraced their family and were disowned in the proccess.
To also add to this theory both Anna's dad and Rapunzel's mom have green eyes. Green is the rarest eye color and only 2% of people have green eyes. It would make more sense if the green eyes runs in the family then two royals having green eyes.
Tarzan is not the brother of Anna or Elsa, Tarzan is older first off, and second Tarzan's parents are way different physically. Lastly, it is rumored that the boat of Elsa's parents is in the beginning of The Little Mermaid.
The big question is why the kingdom of Corona is sun oriented, to a point where the name of the kingdom has a direct connection? I don't think Queen Arianna renamed the kingdom of had that strong of an influence on their arts and culture. Maybe it's because the coast of northern Germany had more annual sunshine than any other part of the country.
I honestly cannot believe that Tarzan is related to Anna and Elsa. It comes down to one tiny detail that most people might miss. Technology (or lack thereof). In Tarzan, we know 100% that guns exist because Clayton is wielding what looks to be a Winchester double barrel shotgun. However, in Frozen, there is no mention or portrayal of guns. No rifles, no cannons, no shotguns. There are crossbows, but that's about it. Crossbows, polearms and swords. No guns. If Tarzan really is the son of Agnar and Iduna, and brother to Anna and Elsa, then there would have to be guns in Frozen. Of course, one could argue that because Tarzan is just a baby when he is shipwrecked in Africa and Anna and Elsa are 18 and 21 respectively, then the 20-30 year gap to when the main plot of Tarzan starts, could be the time when guns and gunpowder come to Europe from Asia. However, if that is the case, why is there a metal steamer towards the end of Tarzan? Steamships didn't come around until the late 19th century (1808, if you count Robert Fulton's steam riverboat), and ships were still primarily made of wood then, not steel. The technology doesn't add up.
Easiest why I have found to put it, Frozen takes place before the Industrial Revolution, and Tarzan takes place shortly before WW1, putting almost a century apart.
Narosan Aziz I was talking about the ship at the end of the movie, not when his parents are shipwrecked, but the ship Jane, Clayton and the Professor diembark from
Welll +Cloudyskyz223 and +Ethanol314 narwals are real. And SCB 2013 vid about narwals is a bit of joke. They're pretty funny looking if you think about it and the majority of mammals don't have horns- or lay eggs, yet we platypuses exists. Narwals are hard to study because of their habitat. It is in fact a tooth. They dont use it to break the ice, it was a theory for a long time. Narwals use their "horn" tooth to establish dominance, stun their prey for a easier catch, acts as a sensory organ, and probably more. Scientists still aren't sure how they came to be; or 100% on all of the tooth's purposes. The tooth can be found on almost all males and around 15% of females. They're pretty awesome animals, and i encourage you to learn more about them.
There is no possible way that Tarzan is related. The ship sank somewhere between Norway and Germany for the wedding. So in order to be accurate, the the ship had to stay afloat at sail all the way around to south Western Africa. In that case, the ship wouldn't have disappeared in the beginning of frozen, but it did. Even if it did sink,; then they couldn't row all the way there in time
In the new short series olaf presents olaf says in the tangled short "A story of a close personal friend of mine." this might mean that olaf knows Rapunzel!!!⛄👸
I'M SO CONFUSED NOW!!!! Are Elsa and Rapunzel Sisters and Anna's kinda just an outcast, OR are Anna and Elsa Rapunzel's cousin?! I'M NOT SURE IF THERE'S A WAY TO BE BOTH!!!
Sometimes cousins look more alike than siblings. Me and my brother look very different and some people think me and my cousin are siblings, for example. It just depends who inherited more from which parent. So both theories are possible but that they are cousins is just more plausible.
Tarzan is not related to Anna or Elsa because his parents are Irish immigrants you can tell by the clothes. Also it happens before the industrial revolution with you see the Jane and her father have a type writer and arrive on a steam ship. So the time line makes no sense.
Alice115 "We could ride our bikes through the haaalls!" -Anna Bicycles invented 1817 Photography invented 1826 Sepia photos invented and popular from 1860 to 1920 First steam engine ship in 1808, popular by the 1850's. High wheelers 1871 Tandem bicycles invented in 1890's. Typewriters commerically invented and successful in 1868 In the frozen fever short movie we see elsa and anna riding through the halls on a two person bike which is called a tandem bike which was not patented until the 1890's. So while their clothes may say that they are perhaps "less modern" than those such as jane wore, it seems that the land that Elsa and Annas parents ruled was not very large, and though they had many trade partners they may not have been a wealthy country. For them to be riding tandem bikes it would have to be 1890's or better, by that time the steam ships we see in tarzan may be very popular indeed, Yet still her parents might have had deals with neighboring tradelands about keeping wooden ships to increase their trade and would in turn buy larger lots of ice or something. If they are 1890's, early 1900, then the highwheelers would probably be a fun piece that jane had brought for entertainment and thats why we see tarzan riding it on the trunks of trees spiralling crazily about. However as for them having a portrait and tarzan getting a picture; portraits would most likely still be highly symbolic of status for royalty and thats why they have portraits at home, yet when they were at sea, (perhaps even on return trip?) perhaps it was a novelty fun thing for them to capture their time with their son while heading back to Arendelle. As for the crashes of the ships, perhaps they are simply the most unlucky bloaks ever. The ship goes down by water, the two barely surviving on a dinghy to land, believed dead by their family, given plenty of quality time left alone between the trip and being stranded for her to become impregnated with son to be Tarzan, when finally rescued and everything arranged for them to go to Arendelle again for their family, they get the picture taken to commemorate the moment in celebration, then heading home they have the misfortune of their boat catching fire, stranded once more, and this time no escape from their deaths. Their time at see and stranded may have been enough to change their hair colors; they were in the cold all their lives, so to be thrown to a tropical island for a couple years has chances for darkening and lightening hair. The animation styles are different between the years, so I looked for Elsa reimagined in classic Disney style, and found one close to it with her face giving a side view (it has her looking at her child as she is imagined as being a mother by that artist) which i compared to a side view shot of Tarzan's birth mother and the resemblance was quite striking.
The frozen and tarzan connection makes no sense at all. The two timelines each movie takes place makes it completely impossible. It's much more likely that the ship wreck from the little mermaid is their sunken ship... That theory is at least plausible given where the two individual stories (Norway and Denmark), how both stories where originally written by the same author (not really something that proves the theory, but it still establishes a connection between the two, so it would make sense for Disney to leave easter eggs) and that the two movies appear to take place in the same time period.
I agree it makes no sense and I reject it as being canon. Plus I'm pretty sure that the director said that they LIKE the idea of the theory and didn't actually confirm it to be true. just that they like it, and people took that as a confirmation when it isn't.
I don't think they are. No years are fully established so it is possible. I mean, they have an indoor sauna in Frozen. Wooden ships were still used for a long time, it is only roughly 20 years difference from adult tarzan to young adult Elsa. A lot of technological advances can happen, not to mention arendale could just be more remote than the rest of the advancing world. Think of barely a hundred years after America is founded and how they dressed. It seems so far from now, but it really isn't Now comparing tangled to Tarzan, yea... thats a little harder. Just because we didn't see guns, doesn't mean they don't exist yet. Swords were used for a LONG time and still used in some cases today. When it comes to clothing and technology, that depends on the location of each kingdom, who they trade with and what they practice. Some places stick to traditional garb and nothing foreign. Adult Tarzan takes place in the 1880's if you google what norway and germany looked like in the 1850's (the current age of the princesses), you'd be surprised what you find. Its not entirely impossible, if you give the fact that Disney can't add somethings because of plot conveince or PG rating.
Well, actually it's not possible. First of all just look at the clothes , second prince Eric would have had to have been on that ship and I feel that they would have shouted out to that in some way
Also Anna says “see you in two weeks” in frozen and the queen isn’t pregnant at all however she has Tarzan when they crash. Idk about you but I’ve never heard of a two week pregnancy
Pm nope. Just his headcanon. He stated, when asked about the theory, that he came up with the story “just in his little head” and that it’s his “fun little world”. Nowhere has he stated that he put elements of that story into Frozen. In fact, he even said that Surf’s Up (a non-Disney property) is part of that story, so it’s very clear that he came up with it purely for fun. So, this story may be HIS canon, it may even be YOUR canon, but it’s definitely not DISNEY canon. Not by a long shot.
Katya Kalenian. I thought so too but i looked up when both took place and the times are far enough apart that the theory about them siblings wouldn't make sense
Saying that he LIKES the idea isn't debunking it. It's not confirming it, but it's also not debunking it. As for the fact that he's just the director; honestly, as a writer, I'd be pissed if someone took the word of my publishing house over MINE as the author. I'm the author, it's MY canon. So I'd say the director's word IS pretty important. There is, however, tons of evidence that DOES debunk it. But that doesn't matter anyway; because as the director himself touched upon, it's just meant to be for FUN anyway. Not taken seriously as actual canon.
Love the theory. I always love theories about Disney characters being related to each other. Which kind of makes this a sad theory since if it is true, the part about Arianna travelling the world and finding the golden flower kind of disproves that theory about Hercules BEING the golden flower from Tangled.
Mynameisnotjoshua Film Theory said Elsa and Rapunzel were sisters, and that Anna just isn't related to either of them. The SuperCarlinBros are saying that Rapunzel is Anna and Elsa's cousin.
The two films also seem to be in different universes. Frozen is clearly set in a world where there are rock trolls and snow golems, and magic is undisputedly real. The world of Tarzan by comparison is rather grounded.
However, when it came to the reaction of Elsa's powers, the duke freaked out crying sorcery, and Anna did not believe that the rock trolls were real and that Kristoff was talking to himself and a bit loony, then did you see the reaction that the guards had when confronted with the snow golem? And as they are in the same universe as Rapunzel, though the mother believed in the golden flower enough to make her men believe and scour the globe for her in search of it, Eugene freaked out too when she healed her hand, started rocking and held himself back from screaming, so it's more along the lines of its been being kept secret, so who is to say?
The Tarzan theory doesn't make sense. How did they get from Arendelle (Norway) all the way to Africa if they were going to Corona (Germany)??? That's a long ways to go off course and crash land. Also the two movies are clearly set in a different time period.
+Pastel Witch Still quite a detour to go from Norway to Germany and somehow end up in the jungles of Sub-Saharan Africa. +Amanda Williamson I don't disagree that the theory doesn't make sense, but all three of the movies could take place in a similar time period (if you smudge and muddle with Frozen and Tangled a little bit). To me, both Arendelle and Corona remind me of Bavaria under Ludwig II (who is literally known as the Fairy Tale King), probably around the 1850's-1860's. Perhaps the kings of Arendelle and Corona want to relive past glory so mostly have guards armed with swords and crossbows (while the proper army could have real guns). Tarzan itself is set in about the 1880's, so it would be in the right time period for the former King and Queen of Arendelle to pass and Tarzan to grow up.
I still kinda don't believe in the Tarzan theory though. Anna and Elsa's parents have different colored hair than the parents of Tarzan. Their hair color isn't going to change while they're on the boat. And their ship caught on fire unlike the parents' ship in Frozen that got capsized by a wave
The main flaw in that theory is the clothing that Tarzan's parents wear. They're completely different from the royal attire that we see Elsa's parents wear all the time.
Even though the video is about more than just fidget spinners, I see where you are coming from. We need more videos like these, and I think a collaboration video is just the way to get it done!
1. Not Jaguar...it was a Leopard. 2. HOW did the ship heading to Rapunzel's wedding in Germany-ish end up....in Africa? That makes no sense. (I think the directors reckoned things too quickly) cause there is also some evidence in the Little mermaid that the ship Ariel explored looked similar to the one that sank in Frozen. Also, if you read into the original book/story of Tarzan, his parents were indeed wealthy but...they were English descended.
jlammetje Why do appearances matter? Besides they both have green eyes and the same kind-looking face. I know, they're animated characters, but that's what I see.
Tangled Theory: Disney makes alot of jokes related to the shrek series and it inspired tangled to be a slight paraody when it comes to the villians in the movie! There are many similar themes in shrek 2 and 3! Can you prove it?
AHHHHHHH! Stop complicating the family tree!!😰 first we find out Jane is related to Belle and they have a connection to Anna and Elsa now we know Tarzan is Anna and Elsa’s brother, and now, RAPUNZEL GETS CAUGHT INTO THE MIX!

Ky and the sentient ocean in Moana?
+Andi Munroe exactly, that's why Olaf is sentient *mind blown*
Andi Munroe or just all the water in disney movies that involve water and sometimes it is alive for the sake of helping a character (like Moana)

Ariana?
They're European royalty. They're going to be cousins. Every Dynasty is related in some way.
But Ben, Olaf IS related to another Disney character. Being made out of frozen water, that technically makes him related to the ocean in Moana!
I guess Olaf and Marshmallow would be brothers, wouldn't they?
And Else being the mom...bc she made them. Anna the funny playful auntie.
Turns out Anna and Elsas parents weren’t going to that wedding

No moana takes place in the Pacific and the islands takes inspiration from places like Fiji

Draco Rex
I respect your commitment to typing that out 😁
Draco Rex i respect that
Yes just yes
If Elsa is their mother then, baring any strange and very specific stipulations in succession and assuming they don't disappear when Elsa dies, Olaf is next in line for the throne, followed by Marshmallow, and so forth. Snow sneezes are more likely to inherit the throne than Anna.
Also, this assumes, rightly so it seems, that Elsa can asexually reproduce using magic. Does anyone else find this endlessly disturbing?
I mean isn't Olaf kinda related to the giant snow monster that attacks Anna and kristoff when they are going to find Elsa. I mean they were both made by Elsa and that's not nothing. I know that's not super exciting but he would technically be related to someone else in a Disney movie :)
Axolotl. He would also be related to the snowgies
Axolotl. That's exactly what I tought.
He IS related to the snowgies, DisneyChannelVEVO.
He specifically calls them "little brothers".
That by itself implies that yes, he is ALSO related to Marshmallow.
I thought it was a glitch in the Matrix there for a second and was totally prepared to be taken out by Agent Smith.
I was beginning to think I was the only person who saw the glitches o.o
Same here haha!
scott braden YES
I scanned these listings hoping this was noticed and i wasn't losing it...phew :o)
Omg yes! I was like "who edited this? why didn't they watch it before uploading?"
This video feels weird... Like... Hello? We've known about this theory for such a long time. Nothing new. And the glitches? What's that about?
The Tarzan theory was not true, even then, because Tarzan's parents were from a ship on fire, and the parents were from a ship that sunk in a storm
4:14
He said "King Ben" and my brain went to King Benjamin... of the Nephites...
anyone else?
No, it was just you
I thought that might happen
Dude!!!!!!!!!!!! You're amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's awesome!
I swear this was confirmed a while back?
Jack Bowring nope just Tarzan
Same!
Jack Bowring I thought so too
Jack Bowring MatPat confirmed this on Film Theory a long time ago. He said Elsa and Rapunzel were twins
Jack Bowring yeh ik
They've done this before...
But I can still appreciate it!
Is it just me missing the old ending: and I'll see you in another life, brother
Yeah J says "I'll see you in another life", Ben says "I'll see you on Tuesday"
Keana Astalos i actually recently told them about that video to check it out and do a theory about it.
But i dont know if they even saw that comment
Actually it's not even originally The Film Theorists. MatPat basically modified the cousin thing and made it his own thing, with the whole sisters and not actual sisters. The cousins thing is actually the original theory. But this video is still amazing. ^w^
I have a theory I think Abner is so protective because he heard that his sister Ariana's daughter was taken away because of powers that her daughter had just like Elsa
They are all cousins with Spiderman. Theory Solved.
MasterOD - PUBG Moments yessssssss
Please no
MasterOD - PUBG Moments no with Moana dummy
no way
MasterOD - PUBG Moments cfyyucryuryf
sooo... these socks aren't amazing?
Kaylee Something yeah that's weird isn't it they didn't have that in the video.
That’s a Jonathan thing I think
I also like to think that the Stabington twins are two of Hans's brothers that got tired of the wait to the throne so they ran away to have fun, and disgraced their family and were disowned in the proccess.
A few editing flaws, but still good video
Wow It would totally be amazing to see a crossover of Frozen and Tangled right?😊
We already saw it, albeit briefly.
What🤔
Violet Cupcake it happened already.
Like a whole movie not just 15 seconds of it in a Easter egg👍
And Frozen 2 debunks the Frozen and Tarzen theory. And debunks the parents going to the wedding.
To also add to this theory both Anna's dad and Rapunzel's mom have green eyes. Green is the rarest eye color and only 2% of people have green eyes. It would make more sense if the green eyes runs in the family then two royals having green eyes.
Actually, seeing as how royals always end up marrying royals... -> all royals are related somewhere ;-)
Tangled is so much better than Frozen. Love Frozen but Tangled is better
Tarzan is not the brother of Anna or Elsa, Tarzan is older first off, and second Tarzan's parents are way different physically. Lastly, it is rumored that the boat of Elsa's parents is in the beginning of The Little Mermaid.
Rapunzel+Elsa+Anna+Ariel+Tarzan+Tiana+Cinderella+everybody in Disney=What about bambi director
Ultimate God Film Theorist!
Tiana? Cinderella?
Bambi could be connected through the plenty of animals in each of those movies. Is that what you're asking?
I FEEL YOU BRO
Bambi' s mom was killed by the Hunter in Tarzan
Olaf is related to the snowman
mind blown
Blake Byron the snowman is a new movie you should watch the trailer.
I thought that same thing when I watched The Snowman trailer
If I had a choice to either have ice powers or magic hair I would pick magic hair.
Ice powers so I can take over Disney, or the World or .... the moon?
OR mars
I agree 100% with this it just makes soooooo much sense it makes a lot of sense
I would choose ice cuz i have no hair......
omg I am cracking up now
nicole miles
Glad to know i made someone happy =)
Kenyon Cooper thats awesome
Poor you 😂
Kenyon Cooper CAN I CHOOSE BOTH?I CAN'T DECIDE. Lol sorry about the caps lock.
Brian Grause it was debunked, and the director never said it was true, she said she'd like to believe it.
Also in Tarzan the ship was on fire in Frozen the ship just sank
Narosan Aziz I was talking about the ship at the end of the movie, not when his parents are shipwrecked, but the ship Jane, Clayton and the Professor diembark from
I would 100% be Elsa. She is perfection :)
You need to cover narwhals being fake again because people think they're real.
Ethanol 314 ummm.... narwhals are real. Idk if you knew... look it up. I’m not kidding.
Cloudyskyz223 You must have missed their video on if narwhals are real.
m.ua-cam.com/video/i8vV1QkKgeI/v-deo.html
Ethanol 314 I see... what an odd topic. A narwhal’s “horn” isn’t really a horn. It’s an overgrown tooth to help them break the ice
Tangled > Frozen...
FIGHT!!!!!
Tbh, I agree
I agree I'm tired of Frozen
didn't watch either
Christina Anderson Let it go
I agree. I liked both but Flynn Rider is the best Disney Prince ever soooo
It's so frustrating frozen 2 has come out and completely disproves this theory
There is no possible way that Tarzan is related. The ship sank somewhere between Norway and Germany for the wedding. So in order to be accurate, the the ship had to stay afloat at sail all the way around to south Western Africa. In that case, the ship wouldn't have disappeared in the beginning of frozen, but it did. Even if it did sink,; then they couldn't row all the way there in time
Come on - use your imagination. It's Disney!
Well William jasper not to be rude but the DIRECTOR of frozen confirmed this you cant really argue with that
They were on the ship for about 9 months and it is quite possible that their ship could have washed a shore.
That Rapunzel, Anna and Elsa… and Tarzan are cousins.
(I kept adding that even though I find that theory so unbelievable)
Tarzan has no connection to Elsa and Anna Check the timeline. Frozen takes place in 1839 and the shipwreck in Tarzan is 1888.
Cousins makes more sense.
I'm more with the cousin theory tbh. I don't really think they would adopt Anna for no reason
In my opinion if you look at this visually and in detail, Elsa and rapunzel being long lost sisters makes more sense than Anna and Elsa being sisters.
Sometimes cousins look more alike than siblings. Me and my brother look very different and some people think me and my cousin are siblings, for example. It just depends who inherited more from which parent. So both theories are possible but that they are cousins is just more plausible.
Anna and Elsa being sisters IS THE ENTIRE PREMISE OF THE MOVIE.
What if *I'm* their cousin? :o
Lumine spoooooookkkkyyyyy
Lumine :o
Lumine :O
Dun dun dun
oh gasp
Tarzan is not related to Anna or Elsa because his parents are Irish immigrants you can tell by the clothes. Also it happens before the industrial revolution with you see the Jane and her father have a type writer and arrive on a steam ship. So the time line makes no sense.
Alice115
"We could ride our bikes through the haaalls!" -Anna
Bicycles invented 1817
Photography invented 1826
Sepia photos invented and popular from 1860 to 1920
First steam engine ship in 1808, popular by the 1850's.
High wheelers 1871
Tandem bicycles invented in 1890's.
Typewriters commerically invented and successful in 1868
In the frozen fever short movie we see elsa and anna riding through the halls on a two person bike which is called a tandem bike which was not patented until the 1890's.
@@Bubblessongs I think you completely forget the fact that Tarzan and Elsa & Anna's don't even LOOK ALIKE!
@@Bubblessongs that's a long information you got there 👏👏
English
The frozen and tarzan connection makes no sense at all. The two timelines each movie takes place makes it completely impossible. It's much more likely that the ship wreck from the little mermaid is their sunken ship... That theory is at least plausible given where the two individual stories (Norway and Denmark), how both stories where originally written by the same author (not really something that proves the theory, but it still establishes a connection between the two, so it would make sense for Disney to leave easter eggs) and that the two movies appear to take place in the same time period.
Pm the timelines are way too far apart for that
I agree it makes no sense and I reject it as being canon.
Idk about you but I’ve never heard of a two week pregnancy
ugh, your Tarzan theory wasn’t confirmed, it was debunked. The director said it was just a head canon.
Not by a long shot.
they don't make since time wise either
I thought it was a headcannon. They're from 2 different time periods.
Spoiler alert for frozen 2 !! : Iduna and Agnarr weren't going to that wedding, they were going to find the source of Elsa's powers in Atohallan.
Next Video: How Olaf is Related to Hades
I’m early, i need a comment to signify this. No. I WILL NOT BECOME OART IF THE TYRANNY
I thought their parents went on a ship because they were going to find answers to Elsa’s powers.
Nah, they received an invitation from King Agnarr's sister, because Rapunzel finally got married after leaving the tower...
Love the theory. I always love theories about Disney characters being related to each other. Which kind of makes this a sad theory since if it is true, the part about Arianna travelling the world and finding the golden flower kind of disproves that theory about Hercules BEING the golden flower from Tangled.
Matthew Pelletier Unless the golden flower grew from being in contact from a little godling before he was drained of his powers?
im pretty sure film theory talked about this
Mynameisnotjoshua He did
Everyone copies PewDiePie
Mynameisnotjoshua in film theory it was about how Elsa and Repunzel could be sisters
Mynameisnotjoshua Film Theory said Elsa and Rapunzel were sisters, and that Anna just isn't related to either of them. The SuperCarlinBros are saying that Rapunzel is Anna and Elsa's cousin.
I know
5:33 Sun compared to Hot Pockets...
I vote hot pockets!
sun
It doesn't make any sense that Tarzan is Elsa and Anna's sibling. The movies clearly take place in completely different time periods.
Alex Ramos it does because people have the stupid belief that anyone on the creative team can say something and its auto canon -_-
The two films also seem to be in different universes. Frozen is clearly set in a world where there are rock trolls and snow golems, and magic is undisputedly real. The world of Tarzan by comparison is rather grounded.
BluefinManta exactly
However, when it came to the reaction of Elsa's powers, the duke freaked out crying sorcery, and Anna did not believe that the rock trolls were real and that Kristoff was talking to himself and a bit loony, then did you see the reaction that the guards had when confronted with the snow golem? And as they are in the same universe as Rapunzel, though the mother believed in the golden flower enough to make her men believe and scour the globe for her in search of it, Eugene freaked out too when she healed her hand, started rocking and held himself back from screaming, so it's more along the lines of its been being kept secret, so who is to say?
Also the fact that there is a framed photograph of Tarzan and his parents 🤦🏼♀️ did the director even watch Tarzan before "confirming" the theory!?
The Tarzan theory doesn't make sense. How did they get from Arendelle (Norway) all the way to Africa if they were going to Corona (Germany)??? That's a long ways to go off course and crash land. Also the two movies are clearly set in a different time period.
Pastel Witch oops, corrected. But the logic still doesn't make sense
Agreed. The Tarzan theory makes NO sense.
Also didn't they give Tarzan's actual name in the Tarzan movie and he was actually of English decent?
It’s all wibbly wobbly Disney wisney stuff
I just wanted to say that i love your videos! They are so thoughtout and amazing! Keep up the great work guys!
And also rapunzel has powers like Elsa too
I still kinda don't believe in the Tarzan theory though.
Well considering the Tarzan Theory is impossible regional and time wise you shouldn't believe it. (not to mention the ships were completely different)
Megumi thank you! That's another thing I also forgot to mention
Matthew Smith yeah according to some maps I've seen from fans Africa is not near Norway or Germany
+Megumi
I think the bigger flaws with the theory is the time period and the boats being completely different.
Nah, it’s just that Disney doesn’t really know how to draw original princesses
I consider Film Theory's ...theory on this matter: Elsa and Rapunzel and twins, to be cannon
Ismail x
But that doesn't make sense. Rapunzel would not have had powers if it wasn't for the MAGICAL flower. Therefore it doesn't make sense
SCB + Seamus Gorman + MatPat = Super Awesome vid
SCB + x = Awesome vid {x|a UA-camr mentioned in this comment}
First Comment.
MatPat? He’s on a downhill slide right now.
Case in point: Game Theory Themed FIDGIT SPINNERS
Even though the video is about more than just fidget spinners, I see where you are coming from. We need more videos like these, and I think a collaboration video is just the way to get it done!
Rapunzel have a brown hair between her golden hair..And Anna have a white hair between her brown her hair.......
3:10 is there a repeat issue? Or is it just mine?
Anish Ahuja ya me too
same here - he also points out the theory is based on the fact the parents look the same twice in the first minute...
Anish Ahuja therea a repeat issue
No , he says it differently
He’s just repeating it
Who here loves Pixar and Disney? I do!😂👌🏻
With Frozen 2 coming out, this theory is false
You guys need to do a podcast!
I like the theory, but.... THEY LOOK NOTHING ALIKE!!! They're just both blonde, that's it :?
jlammetje Why do appearances matter? Besides they both have green eyes and the same kind-looking face. I know, they're animated characters, but that's what I see.
Tangled Theory: Disney makes alot of jokes related to the shrek series and it inspired tangled to be a slight paraody when it comes to the villians in the movie! There are many similar themes in shrek 2 and 3! Can you prove it?
Also because both of there children have magic powers
I would totally want the magic healing long hair!😃
Olaf is related to someone else in the Disney Universe. he's called Marshmallow
This theory as a movie would have been so much better than frozen 2
Are we all ignoring the re-done clip at 0:38-0:52 and 0:52-1:09 ?
Not to mention the repeat sentence at 3:15.
The GuardianX Glad I’m not going crazy 😂😂
The GuardianX yes because it doesn't really matter. Everybody makes mistakes.
I'm early, better say something funny... my channel is good.
That was pretty funny
Magic hair or ice magic, hmm... What about elsa's God like ability to create life?
I Always Knew That Rapunzel Was Elsa's And Anna's Cousins!!!
in England the groom to the queen gets the title of a prince.
They're not in England though, it Norway and Germany
I'm actually dying!! This gives even more detail to go with MatPat...
Well this was debunked by frozen 2.. still a great watch though
Film Theory did a theory like this but he said that Repunzal was actually Elsa’s sister if you want to learn more type Film Theory Frozen
AHHHHHHH! Stop complicating the family tree!!😰 first we find out Jane is related to Belle and they have a connection to Anna and Elsa now we know Tarzan is Anna and Elsa’s brother, and now, RAPUNZEL GETS CAUGHT INTO THE MIX!
Wow frozen 2 really ruins this theory.
And not to mention Tangled takes place in Medieval times while Frozen takes place during the 19th century
