    Some recommendations:
    1. Buy the cheese in a block rather than pre-grated, and grate it yourself.
    2. Bake your own bread and substitute a piece of homemade toast for the bagel.
    3. If your HOA allows it, raise your own chickens. A few leghorns won't eat much, and they'll crank out an insane number of eggs per week.
    4. With the money you've saved from the above: Add a bit of fruit for nutritional balance. Eggs are high in almost everything except Vitamin C, so some citrus will work wonders here for personal health. Better food now can mean less medical bills later.

    Here is a way to advance the recipe.
    1)Use an english muffin instead of a bagel and toast it.
    2)make an over easy egg or a poached egg depending on your preference.
    3)with your other egg create a nice little omelet with some spinach,feta, and tomatoes. Dont forget to season your eggs
    4) Thats it. It should be around the same price because you won't be using turkey, cheddar, or cream cheese which makes up for the cost of the spinach, feta, tomatoes. Trust me it should taste a lot better too!

      His breakfast seems OK to me. I don't like fruits or veggies for breakfast. I prefer fried eggs (boiled- if I'm in a healthy mood) with bacon and toast, yogurt. Coffee. Sometimes cheese with salami. Sometimes jam on toast.
      However the best breakfast is the English breakfast: beans, sausages, eggs, mushrooms and bread.

    • @walkermorales337
      @walkermorales337 3 роки тому

      My go to was a couple of scrambled eggs with a good scoop of spinach. I just cusped some spinach with two hands and threw it into the frying pan with a little bit of butter before dumping in scrambled eggs. If you want more fiber you could throw in a slice of whole grain toast (or half a whole grain bagel) and like an orange for fruit.
