I have been in Germany, Japan and in the United States but I'm not a fan of that idea because it is not sustainable like the Philippines belongs to the tropical country which is very bad when raining, the process of excavating the ground is very costly and it takes time to complete, it needs a big and wide road to accommodate cars and trucks.
