Could you please tell the capacity of your ultrasonic machine and what you use for cleaning ! Thanks . ( I've been doing mines for 2 days by hand :) . Your video/job was the real guidance .
This video is also good for 83- on 650 Nighthawk, 85- on 700-750 Nighthawk, 92-on 750 Nighthawk. Only thing I'd do different is remove the choke bar first, then split the carbs.
Hi, I have a 1985 CB650SC Nighthawk and since I think the carburetors are similar in build I'm studying your videos. Thanks for your hard work. I ordered an ultrasonic cleaner of the 3 liter capacity. What size are you using in the video? Why did you replace the idle mixture air screws? Couldn't they be just cleaned? Thanks, Allen
Hola buenas tardes, felicidades por tus vídeos, quería preguntarte no tendrás en manual de taller de la Honda seven fifty 750 del año 92 ene español? No lo encuentro y me serviría de mucha ayudaa ando con una restauración gracias
Hi! Excellent job and fantastically shot! Can you please specify 1) what bike you exactly have, and 2) what new spare parts you bought for this cleaning, other than the idle screw set, and 3) from where? Thank you very much!
Hi. It's Honda CB Seven Fifty RC42 european model, in Japan it's known as CB 750 RC42. I bought the entire repair kit for these carburettors, although I only used idle nozzles and their seals, and the o-rings of carburetor connectors, the rest were still in good condition. You can buy all the parts by www.cmsnl.com/ but they bit expensive, or you can order parts direct from Japan by buyee.jp it is kind of shopping service in Japan, they collect all the parts you order and send it to your country.
My biggest dread, all those hundreds of parts 😳. End result looks awesome as always 👏. Any implications from this E10 petrol that seems to be looming large ?
@@MotoAndy That's good news. I'd seen some info suggesting it goes for anything copper based and some elastomers used in hoses, and tends to phase out any water in fuel in the tank (possible corrosion risk). Versys will be fine but I wondered if Honda now supply E10 resistant replacement parts as std. Anyway....sounds good so far 👍
I don't know what impresses me more; the knowledge, the skill, or the patience.
The looks
Well done Andy 👏. You've done a professional job..
Great job . Congrats .

Great video! What is the name of the screw at 7:23 and what is its function? It is missing in the Honda Manual.
With this screw you can drain the gasoline from the carburetor float chamber, and you are right in the service manual this screw is not described.
Mooi gedaan hoor! Dit grapje koste mij bijna €600.

My Honda has a 1 and 3/4 turn air screw from the factory. It's defective?. Thank you. Honda CB 750 Seven fifty 1992
it depends on many factors, type of carburetor, type of jets, type of exhaust, etc etc
@@MotoAndy ok, Thank you very much, you do a magnificent educational job

Thanks, so far I have not noticed any problems with the E10
