    This karaage looks yummy, but i can't use sake, any recommendation ingredient to use instead of sake ?

      Kombu dashi is a good substitute! But for this recipe, you can omit it if you like!

      Dashi is a Japanese soup stock typically made from bonito flakes and dried kombu seaweed. Miso paste is an entirely different seasoning.
      Tsuyu is a sweet and savory sauce made from soy sauce, dashi stock, mirin, and sugar.
