In the epochs of morrow and the day thereafter, ‘Jajin Ja" was birthed, resonating since our human settlement on Earth.
The wisdom and the counsel of our forefathers still echoes
The tales they wove in the journeys from one place to another
Let us spread them forth, so they're not lost.
Once united in Ato, Topo, and Karbo's embrace, our people wove a shared story, yet, the quiet whispers of "nyime nyime" ushered in a subtle division among clans.
In the soil's embrace, ‘Ejo Epo’ thrived, a shrub of purpose,
‘Pumte Juren’, the gourd, held opo(rice beer) and water with tradition, and our forefathers diligently cultivated and planted them.
Amidst the hills, the tribals found their root and lived in harmony; while the mainland dwellers thrived where the land sloped down.

It's a advanced words of Galo,mostly used by priests and older people. .even general Galo mass fully not understand though we also take from help village elders to know meaning .It's also like Sanskirit of Galo..No tani Ao e aji aji be tasen dulpa.

Did anyone noticed??People involved in this project doesn’t belong to one single tribe …… but mix of different tribes, all have contributed their hands.. this is not just a galo song , but song of whole arunachal… the essence of it is present in all the tribe of our arunachal , you will realise it if u read the subtitle of of it. A Perfect example of Unity in diversity. And lastly there is a favourite part of mine were it says" what our parents and ancestors have told to us lets not get it lost and spread it to our future generations"

I experienced this song live in the recent dree festival and the rawness of the collective was incredible! While this version feels more cleaner I can't help but remember the live version. Dobom Doji as the main vocal of the band knows how to revive a dead audience, you can't help but feed off of his energy! Right from the stage background design, costumes, choreography, get-up, gestures, tune, accent, and blending of music, to the stage presence and overall concept, everything is outstanding and out of the box. It's phenomenal. Fusion of folk music with modern instruments have been well crafted. In folk fusion maintaining the original tunes, accent and dance steps or body movements are indispensable and it's a hallmark. Mixing it with Bollywood steps or pronouncing the lyrics like an english rock song accent would have spoiled the song. Simple, plain & soft lead, bass, rhythm guitarist with a stylist stick spinning drummer is awesome and added beauty to the folk song. Stick to originality while creating and blending folk music or folk fusion, you guys will go a long way. Because, we are tired of listening to local songs copied from Nepali, Assamese, Bollywood & so on. Keep it up, g8 going 🙌👏👌👍✌️

Dobom is a complete package no doubt. Rito has its own pitch , David angu as well...but Dobom's pitch is most suitable for this fabulous folk song. He did well in jimi Ane likewise many more to come. He will be on top soon that's all I can say now.
