- It's freezing outside in Oslo now, so besides Mochi's walks today, we just stay indoors. I do a bit reading, cleaning, and bake a raspberry galette. A homebody's idea of a perfect day!

Wow! You certainly have some very nifty ways of doing things! Your no kneed bread, easy egg rolls and now this very clever way of rolling pastry!
I no longer eat bread or baked goodies, but definitely would have tried your methods if I were still doing so.
The shoe tray is an excellent idea - I’ve never seen that before and you cleaned it up so nicely!

Your raspberry gallet looks yummy! How did you learn how to bake and cook so well?
Mostly I learn from UA-cam, or just from trying and failing. 😋 I think cooking is a lot of fun. That helps!
The galette looked so yummy.
Perhaps you would like to try making these introvert pancakes.
2 ripe bananas
1 cup rolled oats
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Blend all in processor
Cook as per normal pancakes
Please delete if inappropriate
