- A quick look at the minty-fresh new H-D Street Rod 750. Better suspension, brakes, power, rubber, all for about Rs 100,000 more. We wouldn't add a thing.

Hey Tushar, Vikram here (Linux, BSc, blast from the past...) Love your videos!
A comprehensive analysis of the two bikes. Well done 👍👍👍
Minor detail, but side stand retraction certainly announces "side stand UP". Clank! A bit of rubber would be welcome. And orange rear shocks? C'mon Harley. I'd like to see a photo-shop pic in all black. Twin front rotors are a big plus!
Thanks for the video!
Is it really that difficult to design a rear mono-shock suspension?
Excellent video. Thank you!
Could i swap the Front end(UDS forks, Wheels, Disc brakes, Handle bar) of Street 750 with Street Rod without any additional modification to any part? thank you
If the steering head hasn’t had any mods on the rod, then probably. Your dealer should be able to tell you.
Same question
Don't care for the mirrors attached to the end of bars call me old fashioned
David Neiggemann you aren’t alone, I test drove one and 3 or 4 times I hit my hands on them and looked down and glared. One of very few gripes I’ve found with this bike.
like ur blogs.. can you be more frequent if possible?
Great vid. agn ! 👍 i love the dry jokes in between though.
Street 750 looks betters than the street rod
Good Review
You did not speak about ABS thats the USP here...
You're right!
I've been riding Metric cruisers for years. I think it is a bit ironic here were are now looking at Harley's metric cruiser competitor. I currently have a 750 Honda Phantom fully dressed with after market V&H pipes. A guy at my work just recently purchased a HD Street 500. It might be my imagination but every time I see this guy in the motorcycle parking area, I'm pretty sure he gives me a dirty look. I wonder if it's because I have 1/3 more engine than he does for around the same price? Or maybe it's because my Honda sounds more like a Harley than his Harley. When I heard him turn the key and fire it up I had to try not to laugh. It sounded terrible and looks like a minibike compared to my Phantom.
Bill M he's a brand snob.
Bill M You're a troll...
and your Honda is gay.
@motovore 05:26 SAVAGE!!
Excellent video.plz do a dominar review.
+goslowgolong rr thanks! We already did. Look at the older videos.
What is up with those red springs on a total black bike. And what the hell is the grids over the rear wheel, look ugly like no tomorrow. Bet this is the first thing people will take off and throw in the junk pile.
+Norse Man those metal grilles over the rear wheel are a regulatory requirement to prevent flowing fabric from getting into the wheel. It's the first thing most people will throw away.
Flowing Fabric ? On a Motorcycle ? Hmm, Who the hell ride a bike with flowing fabric...
Norse Man basically an Indian lady wearing a saree 😀
@@Motovore I know I'm replying 2 years later, but the metal grills over the rear wheel are not present in Australia. I've had the bike for 2 years and think its a good city bike. Its no good for long distance due to the ergonomics though. I loved your video.
I wouldn't mind own a 750 Street Rod. Would consider it if I could find an affordable one. LOL, an affordable Harley!
the street rod will fry your right leg.. not good in traffic
per cc ka price le raha hai..
Nice bro..👍👍
Hey Guys, Ariel here I have a YoutTube channel dedicated to the XG Street 500 / 750 please feel free to check-it-out. My question is will the Street Rod 750 forks fit in the Street 750? ie are they the same dimensions for diameter?
+Ariel GB nope, they're 41mm and the triple-tees are different. The steering stem seems different too.
Um, one thinks they maybe the same as the SD forks that are used on the Sportster then???
Did you just say 7.50 on road!! Fuck that's too much for a bike offering so little!
+adityabeatz what would you buy instead?
I would go for a bonnevile..even if its a bit more
adityabeatz thats harley for u !
No lalith! You ask any harley enthusiast, they'd tell you the street and street rod are not "Harleys".
adityabeatz But the thing is. They are 😄
#BhauTumhich!
so Harley ne yeh baazi jeet li?
ABS ??????
Anwar Hussain ABS is standard in Street Rod
Not standard. You can add it for $750 (In America. Maybe different in other countries I guess).
Very Bad Engine and cranking quality and design (Many of HOG commented) . Router and starter gears and Clutch Quality are not good .... the engine crank Casing is a failed Design....
I got a serious problem on 1200 KM run, The Motorcycle still brand new Street 750 2015 Model but not operating ...
I went to the dealer where the warranty already finished 4 months back, They gave the attached report and said I have to change everything - Report saying:
(((
-Bike not start
-Bike cutoff in middle of the road
- service of 1600 KM
*Bike final report
1- Engine Crankcase is broken,
2- Starter motor is broken
3-Router is damaged ))) Harley Davidson Dealer workshop - Kuwait
And the dealer workshop said - I have to change the full set - Engine and Gearbox)
No Maintenance price is offered.
I am 1 year rider and I never loaded the bike ... The bike traveled only 1200 KM,
At HD workshop I saw 3 Motorcycles of Same model with the same and different problems.
No proper feedback from HD hiding from the street 750 owners the problems of the 2015/2016 models.
No feedback no proper maintenance but offering new bike of another model (2017/2018 - not within the budget)
They can compensate 1500 USD only if you choose another bike at a price of 17,000$ as minimum which will be the down payment of your next new bike only from the same dealer.
I Like HD but I got a hard stress for the first bike I used.
I will take sometime to make my decision so I will choose the correct HD model which will fit my requirement but not from the dealer
I suggest HD to compensate all the owners of Street 750 who have the same issues and defaults ...
Actually I lost about 3700 USD on this bike and it is parking beside th building waiting someone to buy it for spare parts or scrap.
Thanks for all here and for your support.
Where are you from? Are you telling me that bike with 1,600 km on a clock that is 1 year old was not taken back by the dealership? And it will not be repaired by them covering the full expenses? Well buddy, either they are pulling some bullshit on you or there is something seriously wrong with the warranty laws in your country.
My 2017 Street Rod has a 2 year warranty that is limited to 30,000 km (by law). Additionally I can buy another 3 years of full warranty for cca 400 $. So, for a price of 400 $ in total I get 5 years and 70,000 km on a whole bike.
No Dear, The bike Model is 2015, but run only 1200 KM, I don't blame the dealer. I am still searching for complete Engine with gearbox and router as the bike still new. The warranty is passed 2 years then the dealer is not responsible for any further support instead of giving maintenance report and high maintenance prices. HD covering or 2 years or 30,000 KM and which coming first. HD are not interested to support even if the motorcycle still not run more than 1000 KM. The motorcycle no is on sales - hope I will get about 1200$ at its status.
