Recommendation between these and the voltaic 18 for a 7 yr old looking to book through yards primarily (with hills). Everything seems so comparable it’s hard to make the xmas decision!
@@crosman909 that is a tough decision but if you have hills with bumpy terrain and don't care about 20+ mph then the voltaic 18 is a great bike. It has adjustable front and rear air suspension which is huge. Orion is a standard spring forks with no adjustment and the 18 is a rigid fork. After that I would recommend the Orion 20, 28mph top speed and 4hr ride time. Hills might be a challenge with the 18 as the rider gets better.
What about Stacyc 18 vs Stacyc 20? About the same? Wanting to upgrade my sons 16 he has a 22 Inseem, hes 7 as well…. He whips the 16 around and want him to have to same enjoyment and feeling of control like he does the 16
@@wesleygriffin9674 the stacyc 18 will fit him perfectly but will outgrow it before the stacyc 20. The frame on the 20 has riser bars and frame that is slightly longer. My son likes the 20 and rides it no problem. Either will fit with the 20 lasting longer based on size.
Found my way here shopping alternatives to Stacyc’s for my son as we’ve been through 2 of them now and both have died. Great video, thanks much.
Thanks for all you do Ryan!
