It always makes me chuckle to think that those airplane fuselages have to take a train ride before they can fly. Loved the deer in LaPlata, the "dance like we're all watching" in Tucson and the "street loco" in Fort Madison. Best get-well wishes to Joe Peach!
Nicely done. From “fire in the hole!” To a caboose in Rochelle! Not seen in years. Glad that local is still serving food supplier! To fallen flag hoppers in a row!! Thank you
I feel like there's either the largest number of bikes per capita in Waycross, or somebody has made a game of these idiotic close calls. There's a steady stream of them from that same camera over the last couple years, and at least a few of them look like they *could* be the same person. It's like he waits until there's a train coming, then (always casually) rides across RIGHT in front of the locomotive. I thought this from about the second or third time I saw one of these Darwins, and it's only become more regular since then.
Was thinking of a membership on VR. I wish the Horseshoe Curve livestream was back up and running. Then it would be a no brainer. Keep the Grab Bags coming more regularly.
"We're not ordinary people. We're morons." - Curly Howard of the Three Stooges. I'm glad Virtual Railfan added that. It had me laughing. Plus a SCL/L&N Family Lines hopper coupled to the Nickel Plate Road heritage unit is a nice surprise.
Nice to see a clip of someone actually doing something right in that first boing clip. Sure he was too far forwards, but just immediately moved past rather than pulling a deer in the headlights
Geez. The second BNSF locomotive from the first clip was scary. Mind you, in Canada where I live, the same thing happened to a second CN locomotive 2 years ago when it was going to Edmonton Alberta. The second locomotive was on fire and halfway between Spruce Grove and Edmonton, firefighters had to meet the train to put the fire out. It made the paper the next day

Aircraft fuselages are 737-Max.Only others to be carried are new P8 Poseidon (Same frame ,no passenger windows).edit.Frames are built in Wichita KS and shipped to Boeing in Everett WA for final assembly. There is no way on God's green earth that a 747 would fit.
@@Z4Zander You can always tell a Boeing plane, because the last window on the side, the bottom edge tilts upward to the back. This works on every Boeing jet EXCEPT the 747. Also, the 747 has that very distinctive forward fuselage that is 2-level, and the cockpit is fully on that second level. 747 pilots sit so high that they are too high to use the PAPI lights the regular way; most planes know they are on the correct glide because there are 2 red and 2 white lights. Flying a 747, a C5 Galaxy, Antonov 124 or a Concorde you will see 3 red and 1 white when on proper glide. The original poster doesn't know what he's talking about, but he SUUUURE loves talking! FIREBONNET!!? FERROMEXES!!? DARWINS!!? DERAILED ACID CAR!!? MILITARY TRAINS!!? MRL BOXCARS!!? CNW, SP, SWW HOPPERS!!? Just what I wanted in my Grab bag order today! 😄😁
Stack fires can be from several different causes, but essentially there is oil in the exhaust which builds up on the inside of the stack. At some point it gets hot enough (pulling hard maybe coupled with hot ambient temperatures) and it ignites. A continuous flame suggests a bad turbo seal.
Unbelievable Darwin Awards today!!

Darwins seem to have no idea the world is happening around them. The stress they cause a crew never crosses their minds.
Two BN locos and caboose/shoving platform excellent 🤩
A B&O Heritage unit with a YN2 unit. Priceless!

Wow! Excellent catching all the trains, I like them, they're awesome, @Virtual Railfan, thank you very much and have a nice day and night.
The SP hopper at 11:58 was super cool! I’ve never seen one like that before.
Seymour, the locomotive is on fire!
No mother it's just the Northern Lights!
Good grief on the guy on the bicycle crossing the tracks right in front of that train!🫣🫣🫣
I guess he didn't care. Gives the rest of us a bad name.
Oblivious to the world around him, gaze fixed straight ahead with "virtual" blinders and totally deaf to not hear a train horn.
Guessing the crossing gates he went around and lights weren't in his field of vision either. Surprised he's lived this long. Morons usually don't.

That fellow had to be a deaf escapee from the home.

Ah. I see.
Kinda hoped the second guy would have slipped/tripped on that last rail....... and scare the ___ outta him.

"Sir, sir, your engine's on fire. Sir!"
Always used to see the flames in Wichita.
Any update on JoePeach?? Inquiring minds want to know.
NS 1069 is in long Beach right now
Looks like the Darwin in Austell flipped the approaching train a bird - that'll stop the train - NOT
At 3:20 is that guy even paying attention? Love the little Three Stooges comment..
Warbonnet on fire. Something you don’t see
It’s a typical Dash 9, very common
Nah that one is always flaming
Just a bit toasty on that Warbonnet, huh?

Sad to not see the video of an Amtrak anniversary unit pulling metrolink cars in here.
Someone left the bread in the toaster too long.
Pleased to see you've reverted to normal transitions between clips, much easier on the eyes than the grid pattern zooms were.

Got hot dogs an marshmallows to go with the fire??

What causes flames like that?
Failed turbo oil seals.
Oil seals failing that GE locomotives tend to do
@@johndeerefan725 isn't that kind of ... I don't know... dangerous?
