Great information thank you for making this video
Thanks for the info on Simple Shine!! I've been looking for a product different than that stinky red jar of cleaning liquid.
Pamela Blanchard I’d say for mega tarnish those wipes were great. The liquid made things shinny and made gems sparkle but didn’t kill the tarnish like the wipes did. That was my favorite product. They all smell actually pleasant.
Great info
Linda Godfrey thanks!
I’m pretty sure if it’s silver it’s called tarnish …patina is the green that copper turns with age
I have several silver chains that need cleaning. Some are very delicate, others are vintage with decorative links. I'm hesitant to use a silver cloth on them due to the risk of breakage. Snake chains are impossible to get clean with only a dry cloth. My question is..... Would you recommend the liquid solution for those chains?
Kathy Phillips I liked the towels for the snake chains. I like leaving a bit of oxidation in them. I hate a strong silver cleaner that strips all oxidation.
@@PrincessCasserole Thanks, Carla! I know how careful you are with vintage pieces, so will give it a try!
Super

What does "treated" gemstone mean?

ThatsSassy they treat them with heat to bring out the color. I think there are other ways to treat them too.
