Archbishop of Constantinople and Ecumenical Patriarch, Athenagoras Spyrou, from 1949 to 1972.
Ordained the current Patriarch of Constantinople Vartholomeos to the priesthood in 1969 if I'm not mistaken.
He was an arch ecumenist, freemason, and traitor to the Orthodox faith.
May Christ have mercy on his soul for his heresies.
I hope, with ALL my heart, he may have repented before his repose.

@@Vartholomeos. my brother in Christ i am oriental Orthodox, i love the eastern Orthodoxy which comes from the Byzantines. Their churches, icons, iconostasis… they are all beautifull however this problem is getting bigger i know ,but dont worry its normal in some ways because we are in end times. He also can not destroy the church while trying to because it is the body of Christ and indeed it is!

Of course, my brother he can not destroy the church. But by his example, many fell into the error of ecumenism.
His interfaith prayers and services with the heretics, papists, anglicans, protestants, etc. scandalized the faithful Orthodox so much that the monks of Mount Athos stopped communion and commemoration of him in the late 60s!!
He was the first GREAT ecumenist worldwide hierarch of our Church. Beginning from when he was Metropolitan of Corfu, then the Archbishop of America and finally Ecumenical Patriarch. His successors, Demetrius and Vartholomeos, followed his unorthodox lead......unfortunately.

@@Vartholomeos. by the way have you seen the news lately that the police is trying to capture a monastery’s priests in mount Athos. indeed Mount Athos, mount of the saint Anthony the great these mounts with their monasteries now hold the true value of serving god and serving god comes from the traiditon that the holy church fathers have given to us through our denomination “Orthodoxy”

He’s truly a heretic & soooo ignorant , this spoon is Truly Truly Holy & never ever threw out the history transmitted any diseases in fact it heals
