Fun Day at Disneyland Vlog! Meeting Artist & Historian Stacia Martin | Trying New Food! Funnel Cake

- I went to Disneyland to have another fun day hanging out at the park. I didn't have a game plan, but I ended up meeting Stacia Martin, the Disney Artist and Historian, at an event for DVC Members in the Member Lounge. She was drawing custom drawings for guests, and I had Sleeping Beauty done.
I was able to talk to her for a bit and learn so many neat facts about Disney and the Sleeping Beauty Movie, it was really interesting! I had the new Meatball Sandwich from Award Wieners for lunch, and the S'mores Funnel Cake from Hungry Bear for dessert.

The funnel cake has been my favorite of the seasonal offerings this year. The ice cream really makes it.

What an enjoyable video. So cool that you got to meet Stacia Martin and have that special interaction. I’m going to really miss Hungry Bear when it shuts down for refurbishment. It’s one of my favourite places to sit & relax.

What an amazing experience with Stacia! She is so talented to be able to draw and just drop all that Disney knowledge! Wow! Also that funnel cake looks amazing! Im sad that whole area will be closed when we come in July but we will have fun regardless! ❤
Too bad Tiana's and Haunted Mansion won't be open yet when you come, but like you said- it'll still be fun!
Today was Pride day at work and wore the DLR pride baseball style jersey ordered online. Was pleasantly surprised I got more static for wearing DLR in WDW Florida than the fact it was Pride gear.
I had my Stitch Nuimo dressed in his Pride outfit today at Disneyland and had a lot of compliments on it haha. I'm excited for Pride nite next week!
Did Disney say when Hungry Bear would be reopening?

It's supposed to be closing for a kitchen refurbishment, so it will reopen as the Hungry Bear eventually!

@sharonavraham290 Stage Door Café has a berry funnel cake right now, and sometimes Golden Horseshoe has one too!
How long is the overhaul supposed to last?
Disney hasn't given us any updates about the Critter Country reopening date, they've been tight-lipped about Haunted Mansion and no official date for Tiana's yet (they just said Winter 2024, I believe, so likely the whole of Critter Country will reopen then).
