I don't think it's a part of the main campaign, if that's what you're wondering. I've completed the main campaign before, and I never went to this map.

The details in this map are amazing (especially when you don‘t see that in regular game mode).
Not gonna lie, i kinda wish hitman 3 had more maps with escort missions.
