Enjoyed your walk around. Interesting to see more of your property. I love your shop! We have to take care of our old dogs. I gave mine turmeric capsules and it helped her old joints. Extended her life a few years. I think you're wise to wait for God's timing on your move. He will let you know what to do and when to do it. 🥰

You guys are welcome here ! Kingsland, AR the Birthplace of Johnny Cash and Paul Bear Bryant. Real estate pretty cheap here. Of Course North AR in the Ozark Mountain areas are good with tourist. Mountain Home with year round Bluegrass and festivals, Real Estate a bit higher though. Branson, MO is a HUGE tourist town and community but real estate is HIGH

Ive been watching your videos for a while now and I love each one. I like your idea of moving to Arkansas. We moved here 3 years ago from California and we are soooo glad we did. Remember this though. It’s humid here. But you get used to it. It’s the land of the free world. We’re in Central Arkansas. The further north you go you’ll get more snow. I would recommend it. We bought our house in 2017 But we had to take care of our parents in California until they passed away. It’s the best decision we ever made. The best of luck to you all.

It's wonderful that Nellie is getting along so well!!! Enjoyed the Vlog and update on Arkansas because I've been wondering if you were still thinking of moving there. Glad you figured out a way to get your lumber square on the table saw. The big awning will make a huge difference in protecting your trailer from the sun. It's always much noticeably cooler in the shade so that should help a lot. Looking forward to seeing it when completed!
