He didn't wreck, he didn't make mistakes and didn't drive you in the wall! Old school hard nosed racer! And that's why he's the MAYOR!!

  • @maxxedout2020

I worked for cingular when Jeff was driving the 31. Met him a couple times and such a great guy. He needs to be in the Hall of Fame. Thanks for getting him on your show,

I met Jeff at the first race in New Hampshire in 93. Him and Ward were at the fans appreciation deal in Concord. Also won tickets to the race. Both him and his brother were so nice. Jeff gave my wife a hug and that was her favorite memory of the whole weekend.

Not many people in NASCAR can say they lead every lap in a race.

Hell yeah Kenny! Another great one! Hey Jeff Burton! See already hooking you up and Jeff has not said a word and he said HERM! Already a great interview. WWWAAAARRRRDDDDDDDDD is how it is pronounced, lol! Ward has that deep Virginian (South Boston) twang and Jeff is closer to NC, lol! Always sound like Ward was in slow motion but he was/is straight on!

Horses are for those who demand their bicycle also be capable of bad decisions.

This man. Is so incredible. what he’s giving back to NASCAR. I know you know what I mean. Thank you to all you guys.

  • @dianeh.3327

Somehow UA-cam unsubscribed me to this channel. I wondered where you went?

  • @dionte7562

Jeff, his brother Ward, Kenny, Mark, Rusty...these guys were the creme de la creme of the business. I don't see NASCAR ever being the same again unless something drastic changes.

  • @TracksideViews

That Exide 99 car is one of the all time classic paint schemes

  • @jasonjackson5493

I remember watching him and Kenseth battle at Texas and dover and I noticed in both races that jeff didn't have the best car but in the last 20 laps Jeff hounded Kenseth because Kenseth was sideways off the corner each lap and Jeff was driving it straight up off the bottom and won those races.......he outsmarted Kenseth on those days!!

Had the opportunity to meet Jeff and Kim when he drove for FILMAR. The small trucking company I worked for had a relationship with that team and my wife and I were in the pits multiple times. He, Kim, his father and Ward were all so nice. So much respect for them. Hey Kenny, had a chance to meet you also. Class act.

Your show is getting better and better

  • @Schizz_Popinov

Since you have been interviewing outside of NASCAR sometimes, I would love to see you interview Scott Mclaughlin. I think it could be an amazing interview. Keep up the awesome work Kenny and hope Frankie is doing well.

  • @ronross2884

Kenny, I’m a big fan of your channel. I love your low-key, heart felt interviews. You bring out precious racing history with your interviews and you are extremely good at it. Keep up the great work!!

  • @andrewhayes88

Thanks for this episode, Kenny! Loved every minute of it! Been a Jeff Burton fan ever since his first win at Texas in 1997 and was always my favorite driver until the end of his career. With Harrison now in Cup the last couple of seasons, it has been a rocky start but I am hoping to see a Burton back in Victory Lane in Cup soon!

  • @bradfreer2132

Love the Burton's, great family and Jeff is a great supporter of the Drivers. He has had a HOF career, now it is time to put him in. Has been instrumental is the evolution of safety in Nascar for 30 years. My favorite pod-cast for yours so far, great job Kenny!!!
