Vesper this brought me joy. This was a favorite of mine when I was a boy. I remember hearing it for the first time out side the Woolworth's (downtown San Francisco) on tinny outdoor speakers circa 1968. It was unusually cold. My mother and baby sister and I were standing in line for the cable car eating hot pretzels with mustard bought from a street vendor. Lovely seeing your tree and friends. Thank you for the memories. What a nice memory. I too have memories of Woolworth's. My grandmother used to like to shop there. Seems like a lifetime ago. Thanks, as always, for your kind words and glad this song brought back happy memories 🙂
