There seems to be a reoccurring theme with real estate agents in that area. A couple of things have stood out, while watching these great tours. Can’t quite put my finger on it, but I must say, I approve. Plus, the commission these agents earn, must be substantial. Great video as usual ! The relationship between Adam and Michael is infectious ! Thx for sharing !

The funny thing about the pool jumping price is that Adam would say his price is 5k and Michael would offer other lower prices, but now when challenging Adam to jump, his base price is the 5k Adam set as high, so Adam could jump in any moment and win. We'd have a pool review with Adam jumping in this case, which would complete the full house review haha. Loved the tour, the chemistry and Tatiana. I can’t wait for Michael to tour the property called “The One” once it’s built and the property at 924 Bel Air RD that’s for sale at around $500m and comes with Supercars and a helicopter surely should be coming up and hopefully in an hour long video lol
FYI 924 Bel Air Rd is actually $150 down from $350. 908 Bel Air Rd is $180 and much nicer in my opinion.
924 bel air is already an address, thats the one that was up for $250m but was eventually reduced to $168 which is what it currently stands at. The One's official address hasn't been revealed officially because of the hype surrounding it and the possibility of too many viewers coming to see it before it's done. But yes im excited also for Michael to go see that house when it's completed
