This is a brief pictorial on how paste ink is made. Likely for conventional commercial sheet fed printing. Appears they are making blend bases from dry grind. That is starting from raw pigment, grinding the pigment and vehicle on 3 roll mills to the finest grind possible to assure the pigment is completely dispersed. The metal plate they draw the ink down on checks the finest of grind. Appears they are then blending finished pantone colors from the blend bases. Bases are Cyan, yellow, magenta, and black. These are what they call process colors. Paste or sheetfed is one type of commercial printing ink. There are several different types other than paste. Gravure and flexo which are liquid form are very common. Perhaps they could do a video of those(?)
