- Kellogg’s CEO Steve Cahillane is the face of corporate greed.
Cahillane made $11.6 million in 2020 - a 20% raise from 2019.
He’s forced employees to work 80+ hours/week and run factories 24/7 during the pandemic to generate the company’s record profits.

Easy answer to that. Simply do not patronize them!!

I haven't bought any kellogs cereals for years because it's too expensive for what it is and there is no nutritional value whatsoever. It kind of follows that they treat their staff so terribly. If they can sell sugary cardboard to you to feed your children, they are not nice people. How do your labour laws allow this kind of abuse of it's workers?
It’s never enough for these corporate goons. It’s almost as if they’re trying to fill this bottomless hole inside themselves where their souls used to be.
Right on! Well said.
Those people should fill that hole with the work they make their underpaid workers do
Oh they need to be filled with holes alright
USED to be?
Greed is a sickness on par with p3dophilia. They'll never stop, even if nobody has anything else to take, they'd find a way to capitalize on their misery. Wolves not people.
This isn't just Kellogg's. This is pretty much EVERY American corporation, and how they view/use their workers. In the eyes of executives/management, these people are nameless drones who are expendable and interchangeable. Their humanity doesn't matter to the executives of these companies. We are living in a 21st Century "Gilded Age." PROFIT over PEOPLE.
These people ARE interchangeable!!! That’s why they’re at the bottom of the corporation. It’s why they needed union protection because without it, you could put a monkey in there to do their jobs for 20 bananas a day. Quite frankly, these Union workers should be kissing the ground the CEO walks on for their protected jobs and over compensation. Without it, they’re be only a $15/hour employee.
Inflation...what the politicians call it.

An honest days work should be reflected in the workers paychecks when payday comes. If it were not for the hardworking men and women who get up everyday, brave the weather in order to support themselves and their families by working these different types of jobs out there, these greedy, money hungry CEO'S would be bankrupt and therefore out of business.
This is corporate greed at the expense of the workers who make these companies profitable and competitive in the business market in it's ugliest form.

It my hope this game information go viral around the world with the goal of putting Kellogg’s out of business. The CEO is z as disgrace to the United States.
Hopefully, Americans will make not buying Kellogg's products the default until they make a fair deal with the union. But it's a huge umbrella corp. so you have to do some digging to find out how many products are made by Kellogg's that don't have their name on the box.
We need to do more. This is every major corporation. They get more humanity than we do.
Maybe you should look at the offer. Everything in it is millions of times better than what is offered by any employer in the surrounding areas. You’re all being played. If anyone is being greedy, it’s BCTGM!
Remember that Kellogs owns like 30 other brands as well. They've made it so that boycotting them takes a lot of homework and dedication. It's a hidden monopoly.

At this point, software engineers could write programs to replace the CEOs, but without the people who keep the business functioning and profitable, they have nothing and will lose everything. We need to stop the greed and corporate payoffs of politicians so that this countries economy works for everyone, not just the powerful and wealthy.
Obviously you have no clue what you are saying, or what software engineers actually do.
An industrial electrician could easily automate the vast majority of these workers’ jobs, though. It would be more efficient and make fewer mistakes.
@@frankmeloy4457 Electricians deal with wiring and power input and output, not robots. That's what engineers do. They do not make mistakes. They perform multiple tasks the exact same way every time. Thus keeping wages low for workers but salaries and bonuses high for management. Look it up . Around every four to eight years there is a hig job losses across blue collar jobs. These families usually end up losing thier homes, change in careers are needed. White collar jobs not really effected during these. We bailed out the banks in 2008 almost $1 trillion +. Same thing happening to the Hershey company as we speak. Us who are union are voting on the contract for the next 4 years. Two tier pay system. The large corporation I worked for was doing the same thing. They would force people to work 50 or 60 long days in a row and then publicly brag about how dedicated their team was and all they had accomplished. I was an office worker and they piled massive amounts of work on our decks until we were nervous wrecks and in tears of exhaustion. And we were paid way below industry standard. I was doing work that my boss did when I started... without any promotions and being paid low admin wages. They would "promote " hourly workers to salaried so they could force massive amounts of overtime without pay. I ended up retiring two years earlier than planned to get out of it.

Isn't it sad where decades ago a company like this might employ an entire family father on the factory floor, mother doing office work and when little Billy gets to working age it might be his first and only job. The only problem is that was literally decades ago when the company knew if I take care of my workers they will take care of the business, now it's just o well fire the guy who's been here 25yrs and hire someone else at 1/2 the salary. It kind of blows my mind to think like only 60yrs ago you could raise a family with a single income now thats a rarity
They call their products breakfast? I call it junk food.
This will never end as long as a business is allowed to incorporate and become a legal entity. It is in essence a fall guy and wall between the consumer and the people that make the decisions. When the corporation is sued, prices on its product increase to mitigate any loss to investors.
