Thank you Ben for your honestly and openness. I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling again, it really ebbs and flows doesn't it! The great thing is that once you start educating and working on yourself (which you obviously have), you never go back to square one (though it bloody feels like it at the time). I haven't been able to do my exposures for panic disorder as much as I should, because of the whole covid thing, but I have discovered painting in the last few months. It has become a brilliant opportunity for mindfulness each day, not to mention, practicing imperfection! I think mindful acceptance, of our anxiety, of our flaws, of our perceived imperfection, is the absolute key to overcoming our anxiety issues. Thanks again for reminding others that they aren't alone in this.
