Good review, really seems they should of uprated the motor in this and add a 'Lo'/'Hi' power switch so you can tailor its output to the mag. Might buy one eventually, the Odin can be annoying at times. What I don't like is airsoft's obsession with unprotected cells, hope this has some battery safety circuitry!
Unless my pal got a defective unit, hell no. Sure, it managed to load his worn in EPM1 mag but it turned the BBs in squares. He took it back to the airsoft store he bought it from, with the BBs as proof, and they refunded him on the spot.
yeah so I've been using it a fair bit more since I did this video and any mags that are even remotely tough will do exactly that. The only use case I've found is for filling my Nuprol mid caps or ones that have weaker springs, does those absolutely fine! Think I'll do a follow up video and honestly if you want an electric one just fork out that extra and get a vanguard.
@@SabreAirsoftUK ah so it's an actual issue. I think this should be covered more often as I've seen people gushing over this speed loader and how it's able to load EPM1 mags but no one is talking about it deforming BBs. Strange I've not seen it mentioned more often seeing as they sold out everywhere in the UK in about a weeks time but I guess most people aren't checking their BBs afterwards.
I would add that I will most likely use it to fill GBB mags and I've seen they they work well with M4 style GBB mags.
