Thank you my Friend. Always a pleasure bringing these old classics back to life if possible. Hope all is well at your end, thanks for watching...take care !
Excellent work my friend! I like that you took as little from the blade as possible! Shout out to the banana and orange trees! Can't beat fresh fruit. Great video my friend 👍
Hoping to bring back an old barehead jack without shield from the late 60s. The scales are still in great shape and the blades still have their shape but they have a daunting amount of rust scale on them. What did you use to remove the rust? Evaporust? Vinegar? I am unfortunately gonna have to do it slowly because all I got is a worksharp knife and tool sharpener and bench top diamond plate sharpener for taking out the nicks caused by the rust. I plan on using neverdull then case paste to finish the polish on the blades afterwards.
Love that banana tree! Living here in GA I might want to try planting one but we also have a ton of squirrels :) Great job on cleaning up the knife. Love old traditional knives. What was the solution you soaked the knife in for 12 hours? Thanks you!
@@1perfectpitch my coworker recently showed me pictures of her property with a few banana trees surrounding her pool banana trees haven't quite produced decent fruit but I'm going to pass all together I don't want to deal with any Critters but I just love the tropical look
I’m not a fan of your drill press wire wheel set up. I hope you will do a thorough analysis of the potential issues with this layout. And hopefully you are always wearing protective gear 🥽
Don't forget to LIKE the video guys, this would help me tremendously.

There's a reason you don't see banana trees in Ga. Good luck.
