Introductions to two 7am GMA shows of mid-1988, hosted by Brisbane's Kerri-Anne Kennerley together with Mike Gibson and Ron Wilson
Today, Mike is a news columnist, radio broadcaster, and pay television presenter in Sydney. In the eighties, Mike co-hosted the Nine Network's Wide World of Sports with cricket commentator Ian Chappell.

Mike had a background in radio and newspapers IIRC, then was a sports commentator and presenter for Channel 9 before moving across to Ten for GMA.

I have way more tolerance for 1980's talk shows than the 21st century variants! No infact I'd rather sit through and watch these than the current cringefest ad-ridden versions of today. They're that bad now that I could almost fly into a rage nowadays.
