India has 28 states and each one has its own cuisine (mainly rice in the South and wheat in the North) with variations even within different regions within a single state. I doubt if even one Indian has eaten every Indian dish. Vast variety. Explore!

When I was in Texas for 2 months, I would crave Indian food. The closest thing I found were beans and rice from Mexican restaurant near by. It was like rajma chawal. I had plenty of avocado chutney- guacamole. Amazing and fresh like the mint chutney.

I have seen most people think that Indian food is all about spices but I need to tell you that India have different kinds of fooding for different types of people like yogis of India eat very simple organic yogic food and other people eat different foods. And yes we Indians are largest number of vegetarians in world including me since my birth.
I hope one day I can go and experience all these different types of food❤️
