There is a provision of returning back to your previous government job for a period of 2 years, dont know about the banks, but PSE do provide this flexibility

You must have checked ibs Hyderabad. Isb and ibs both are different colleges
One needs to understand that a package of rs 25Lpa doesn't necessarily mean your in-hand salary is 25Lpa, in reality it's much less than this, for a package of 25Lpa, the salary at hand would be around Rs 90,000 a month.
