Wow, you made the boss look like a joke, I got reminded of all those groups where we spent an hour on the guy

I've been there many times myself, being able to play one of the roles that gives stability & massive support makes a big difference because you have so much say over the fight

Love the videos man. I’m a returning gw2 player from all the way back to 2013 and when I returned to fractals it was somewhat difficult learning experience. Things I noticed slowly climbing from t1 all way to t4 recently are some additional things that no one does in t1-t2 but sometimes in t3. For example is the final boss spin attack at 50% hp. In lower fractals I see everyone running from it, even in t3, but t4 everyone cc’s him hard enough to disrupt it. Small tidbits like this helps for a better gateway to t4. Same with the molten furnace one, everyone just dps the two molten robot together because we can take it in early fractals but not later fractals. There’s more I would like to know so I hope you keep these videos coming!!!

Hey I appreciate it Jade! I understand what you mean about the differences in groups, there's a massive difference between just a t3 to a t4 group, because like you said in lower tiers you can basically blow through everything without much punishment. Most people have a difficult time in Tier 3 because the difficulty ramps up to near Tier 4 level, but without any organization learned from t1/2, but then people zip through t3 and land in t4, so all of the sudden the groups in t4 are just, overall, more organized.
I'll be releasing guides for each Tier 4 fractal for healbrand, I'll also be doing the same with other roles & perspectives like Alacrigade, banners, and DPS once I'm able to get around to them, but for now I'm going to ride the HB train out and see how it fares!

I love that your videos exist Rheyo, I don't need them but getting new players over the intimidating hump of initial learning is so great, it makes the game a better place when more people get involved on a deeper level. There really aren't too many places for less experienced players or just players who are coming to the game later on to have things like fractals explained in layman's terms.

Hey I appreciate it man thanks for the kind words! I very much appreciate when people can break things down in a practical way, so I try to do the same to the best of my ability!

As a guard main who loves to healbrand, I must say this video hits all you need to know to be able to ace it. I’ve carried bad groups and have destroyed this fractal using that same stability setup. It’s just so strong. A good healbrand is not just pushing boons, it’s also about adapting to encounters and making the other party members feel more comfortable so they can also DPS more efficiently. Great video, thanks for sharing!

For sure! I'll be doing this for each T4 Fractal for Healbrand, also planning on covering other roles in the future!

Thanks as always man! Recently geared my firebrand and I want to start playing him in fractals and raids, your videos are really helpful!!
Any recommendation as where to start playing him and not screeing too many pugs?

Aye for sure! Good luck, it's such a strong class.
Whenever I want to learn a new class, I'd run my t4s with my main class, then run recs with the class I want to learn, most people will do that anyways and it gives you a decent amount of 'real-scenario' practice.

The final fight is absolutely disgusting without stability. I was so spoiled by pre-EoD fractal runs I had to come here to find out what the daze mechanic is so I can avoid it when we don't have a firebrand or alacren.
I kinda hate how dependent on stability you end up being on this fight. Makes you feel like you are severely handicapped if you don't have it.

JPs are not my friends, so I`m afraid i wouldn' t even get to the fights 😒

No need to worry. :3 Just let your group clear the mobs and you can jump safetly up. It is actually easier than you assume. Trust me, my friend struggles also with JPs, but she manages this one quite well :3 Plus on this particular one, if you get too stressed with not gettig up, just /gg and you will get ported to your group. But try it first. It is fun.

@@MrJueKa I am pretty sure, you will do just fine :3 I also struggled here. But the more you practice it (and fail because it is a part of the learning process) the more you get used to it.

@@MrJueKa Actually both :p When you start to make it every time, you get bold and try to rush it over like I do (and fall in the process at the last jump :D)
