Can you tell me how to activate the Track Pace App on a 2023 C-43 AMG? When selected, there’s a message to activate it on MercedesMe but there’s nothing on that App that I can find.

My best answer since there have been issues with this, is to contact your dealership and ask to talk to the Tech Guru and ask him point blank if it can be activated, if so they’ll be able to show you. Just sat in one of these in my local Mercedes dealer. Did the designer of the ‘Classic’ layout of the driver’s display ever actually sit in the car? The very first thing I noticed was that the steering wheel arc obscures a third of both the dials. The worst, is the speed you are most likely to be doing (30-70) can’t be seen. Yes there is a digital readout of speed, but it is tiny. Nice big display, but dumb if you can’t see it.

Hi so every time I set off to drive I turn off the lane assistance and brake assistance since I don’t like driving with them on is there a way for me to save that to the car without having to do it remotely everytime I get in the car and without using the Mercedes app?

Thanks for the question. Did you try going to Home, Settings, Reset? If not try that. If you’ve already done this as your factory reset, try this hack. Get in your car, start it, stop the engine, open the door (don’t get out) close the door. Hit the lock button on the remote, wait 10 sec then press the unlock button on the remote, then start the car. If that doesn’t work, I would suggest taking it to the dealership, there are more than a few GLC’s that have suffered the same thing, they may need to run an update or something. Is there an option to put this car on standby mode while I travel? What do I need to do to not weaken the battery while I’m away? Would hibernating the smart key do the magic?

Thank you for the detailed explanations on your video, I found it very helpful. I have a 2022 Mercedes C300 W and I’m having a hard time figuring out how to open Workshop so I can reset my oil after changing it. Any guidance from you would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Thanks for the question. Whew, that’s a good question and they don’t make it easy to figure out. Try this: push the start button (without your foot on the brake) until the dummy lights go away and the rom and Speedo dials rotate (technically speaking that’s position 1). Now on the left side of the steering wheel press the home button, then swipe until you get to trip. Swipe up or down in trip mode until you get to the screen that shows total miles. Now press and hold the back arrow button for 1.5 secs and just as the screen starts to change press the ok button while still holding the back button down (OK button is the black swipe button- except you push it). That should bring up a menu of all the things you can reset. From there you’ll have to poke around to see which one resets the oil service interval. That’s the best I can come up with so far. If I find anything different I’ll post it here. Thanks for watching!

Yes, that happens if there was an object in front or behind the car EARLIER while the engine was running without you driving. Even though the object is no longer there by the time you want to drive forward or reverse, it will still alert you. Just get your foot off the break and the car will release itself in few seconds

Thanks for the question. There two ways: 1: press the home button on the left side of the steering wheel then swipe through the icons until you get to media, click it. Now you can use the little trackpad on the left side of the steering wheel to swipe up or down to change to the next song. 2. Use your voice command say “hey Mercedes” pause “play the next track” and it will switch to the next song for you. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!
