My Canva doesn't look like that it doesn't say go backwards and I have thre pro, well it does, but it goes behind the glass and you can't see the image

@@aisladesigns I was able to find the exact same mockup template as the one in your video, but when I placed the design on top of the image and clicked "send backward", the design disappeared. Do you know what the problem is?
