DIY VINEGAR CLEANER:
3/4 cup of vinegar
3/4 cup of rubbing alcohol
1 tablespoon of dawn dish soap
30 drops of your favorite essential oil
The rest is water
Homemade Shower Cleaner Ingredients:
You will need the following ingredients to make a homemade shower cleaner:
2 cups of vinegar - warm in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes
3/4 cup of dawn dish soap
Whatever, essential oil you prefer
Funnel
Combine ingredients in a spray bottle, spray down your shower and leave it on there for 30 minutes

As I told you on the video when announced your surgery, trust the process. I had the surgery on July 10, 2023. I lost 67 lbs before the surgery. Now I am 153 lbs down. I did it for my health and planning my retirement. I have less than two years to go from NYPD as a civilian employee after 38 years. I do not regret it and my health has greatly improved. God Bless you all!

Your mom is looking good, and I understand I have to keep busy. I'm 67, and I work out 5 to 6 times a week, always doing something in my home. During the pandemic, I started enjoying cooking, so once the week, I will make something. I went to bed and I woke up at 12. I can't stay up. I love decorating and cooking videos. I can only imagine the relief you feel with mom dukes around, best feeling ever right? I pray you will have a safe and successful surgery and that all shall be well. My mom had the surgery as well..I believe it was that one..and she has been doing good and better since. At first, she had to get accustomed to not being able to eat much and learn what foods would upset her, but she has come a long way and eats still but in sections, lol. Your mom is so sweet, I put garlic in a jar of honey let it sit for two weeks refrigerate and eat two pieces a day during winter. I got that from my mother in law.
