Today I am going to share masalaydar chicken Karahi banane ka tarika.
Restaurant Adress : Fibbi Select Main Super Highway infront of Kabab Jees Restaurant near Jamali flyover Karachi.
Ingridents :
Cooking Oil : 1 Cup
Chicken : 1 Kg
Salt : 1 Tablespoon or as per your taste
Ginger And Garlic paste : 1 Tablespoon
Tomatoe : 4 To 5 Medium Size
Red Chili Flake : 1 Tablespoon
Green Chilli : Small 2 to 3
Water : Quarter Cup
Cumin Seeds : Half Table Spoon
Coriander Seeds Crushed : 1 Tablespoon
Dried Leaves of Fenugreek Plant : half tea spoon
Green Chili : Medium Size 3
Yogurt : 3 to 4 Tablespoon
Black Pepper : 1 Tea Spoon
Cream : 3 to 4 Tablespoon
