Mancera Red Tobacco | Screw Cap VS Macnetic Cap

(Red Tobacco)
In this video I talk about the difference between the old screw cap version, and the newer macnetic cap version.
During the last few years many have talked about Red Tobacco not being as strong as it has been, when it comes to the performance.
Is there a difference? and is the new macmetic cap version weaker?
See it all in this video!

@NickiAngelo
Thank you for this comparison.
This make a lot of sence for me.
I am one of the guys there have been talking about this sub. on different fragrance platforms.
Glad that this is a video for you😃
My pleasure!
Great video N 💪🏿😎
Thanks man😎🙏
@@NickiAngeloThank you for the informative video! Your efforts are truly appreciated. I currently own a bottle of Mancera Red Tobacco with a screw cap, which indicates it is from the older 2019 batch. However, a question has arisen in my mind: Should I invest in Mancera Intense Red Tobacco, or would it be wiser to purchase the 2023 batch of Mancera Red Tobacco featuring a magnetic cap? Alternatively, should I continue to enjoy my 2019 screw cap version of Mancera Red Tobacco?
@@unnamed5624 Thank you so much for your positive words😃🙏
I would enjoy the Red Tobacco you already have.
After that, try the Intense version.
I would think that is the way forward.
@@NickiAngelo Thank you so much for your response, stay blessed
@@unnamed5624 Thanks! You too🙏🙏
Great work Angelo👏
I love these comparisons.
Glad to hear that🌞🙏
You are so welcome.
The video I didn't knew I needed. I own the one with the screw on cap since 2020....It's so powerful I only needed 1 or 2 sprays to last the whole day, definitely not an office fragrance 😁...Thank you for the video my friend 👍👍
@@rideyalife Yes, there is some difference anyway 🙂
Glad you could use the video my friend👍👍
Good video!
Love from uz from the W💋
Thanks 🥰🙏
I see your channel recently
And really it is amazing with this helpful content
Thanks and welcome 😃
I've been waiting a long time for a video like this about Red tobacco.
Thanks.
My pleasure :)
Love your videos.
Keep up the great work bro👍🏽
Thanks bro👍
Nicki finally I watched your new great comparison, you do a great job, God Bless you dear friend, take care❤️
Oh long ago my dear friend.
I'm glad you finally got to see it.
Thank you very much, and you must also take care of yourself and be very well❤️🙏
I think its much to do about nothing though. Fragrances of a certain scent character especially those which feature at their core heavier base centric notes...eg Oud, tobacco, Vanilla etc will likely get noticeably stronger the longer it matures (and further macerates) in the bottle. Therefore the juice in older bottles is likely to have a stronger, richer and bolder smell with better performance than the juice in newer bottles having had years of maturation. Its not necessarily a change in formulation as is frequently suggested.
So yes...if that is a concern for you then spray a little and let your bottle rest for a while and revisit it a few months later and you may be in for a big surprise! We have to remember though that the old bottles will always be years ahead in terms of maturation so they will likely always have better performance...at least and until changes in the scent due to the process of maturation stops...whenever that may be.
I know that process well, and it has worked with a great many perfumes.
(Also made whole videos about it)
But just like with Red Tobacco, it hasn't worked.
My old "Screw cap" was potent from the start, and became even more so with time.
I've had the newer "Macnetic cap" for a year now and it's still pretty weak.
The longevity is sort of ok. But it has minimal projection.
I don't necessarily think it has been reformulated, but probably watered down a bit.
Many have been really happy with its potency, but others have also thought it was too much (Through the past time)
A lot of people are in such a situation with Red Tobacco these days.
However, Red Tobacco is also the only one I have experienced this with.
Cedrat Boise, is still the same in my opinion.
Thank you for your meaningful comment.
Love mancera.
Red Tobacco is one of my favorite winther fragrances.
I havde only smell’d the screw cap before💪🏽
And yes.. that is a beast
😃👍
Yea i had both and your right the old one was more in your face strong long lasting good sillage and with the new one you still have good longevity and it last almost the same but is less in your face and projection is a bit softer and closer to you.
Great video bro 👑
Yes, exactly 🙂👌
Thanks bro🙏
SPOT ON!
🙏🙏
Thank you for this 🫡
You are welcome 🌞
Look’s good with the white cap🤗
Hi hi Thanks
Good info
I am glad that you think that😀
I have that one too. What prompted me to buy it was this different version by another brand that did their very own twist. I want to check out the intense red tobacco it’s a smoother version and more intense.
Yes, that's true.
The newer Intense version is also good.
It is because it is smoother and well-balanced.
Both are masterpeaces in my opinion.
@@NickiAngelo yeah that’s true
@@NickiAngelo I can tell the magnetic cap been reformulated however it still performs great!
Personally I favour the new batch glad they mellowed it out a bit, its much more user friendly now and still smells divine
Yes, someone also has that opinion.
It is also understandable if you would like to wear it in a closer environment with other people etc.
Perfect ✌️💥
🙏🙏
Thank you
You are welcome 🙂
Cool!
😀
Loooove 😍
😃🙏
See, all these folks made content warning that the opening is harsh, now Mancera has watered it down.. perhaps they mistook the advice to let it dry down for fifteen minutes as a negative 🤔
Yes, unfortunately I think you are right.
At least there is a difference :(
It was perfect in my opinion as it screamed and was harsh.
People should just have been happy for an extremely good performer🙏
@NickiAngelo I have one on the way after owning a sample & the Emir clone. Now I'm disappointed that it has been watered down & I'm most likely going to end up with the 2023 batch.
Personally, I think their is an art to timing the dry down on a good fragrance. If anyone has an older batch for sale, let me know.
Thanks
@@vincelfk I agree with you.
It is also an art from my point of view that the fragrance has several stages right from the start.
Hope you get lucky with your upcoming batch.
Also, I hope someone reports, regarding an older batch👍
@NickiAngelo I appreciate it. Keep up the good work, friend.
