    Breathing and training .. Muscle memory and your subconscious mind will determine how you react .. You will react the exact way you train ..

      How do you keep your eyes open when you're scared?
      Especially when you're scared something or someone is going to physically hurt you?

    I have definitely seen this work in my life. Mothers terminal sickness, relationship collapse, and religious turmoil all at once. Thank you Mr. Mark. This has definitely worked.

    yeh ive been realizing that if im anxious to do something or deal with somthing instead of trying to think about the whole thing and overwhelming myself and end up not doing it at all,its better to just try to do it or deal with it a piece at a time,and dont think about what i cant do and think about wat i can do.good video.

    Thank you once again Commander Divine. I've used your techniques to win a promotion and generally be more confident. I find that if you do not regularly expose yourself to challenging situations you are more likely to have strong fear reactions when confronted with the simplest things.

    How To React In a Fearful Situation? Well, I run quickly, while screaming. I learned that from dealing with my ex-wife: as she was the worst kind of fear to be reckoned with. She barely let me dangle my participle.

      Getting killed

    • @JR-ju3kj
      @JR-ju3kj 5 років тому

      @@RackwitzG That's obviously one thing but another thing(and in my opinion, this is what one should consider BEFORE considering the possibility of being killed) should be asking yourself if it's right for you in the first place. It might be or then again, it might not be-regardless of how much you might want to be a SEAL. It's not for everyone and I think that some people don't realize that until they're actually in the training or fail to qualify. I'm considering joining an army reserve unit but I don't have any problem saying that as much as I respect, admire and hold the SEALs in high esteem and high regard, being in something like the SEAL Teams is just not for me(I'm in my thirties now so I would be too old to be eligible to join, anyways but even aside from that, it was never for me).
      There's no shame in being realistic.
      I look at the three deaths of the three young men who failed to be Navy SEALs, I think one of them was an in-training death, the other committed suicide after he quit and I think one died in a drunk driving incident. The Teams obviously weren't right for any of those three young men but they didn't realize that until it was already too late. So again, people need to ask themselves if the SEAL Teams are right for them and they need to be honest with themselves. As even highly decorated Navy SEALs have said, these kinds of special operations units are just not going to be for everyone.

    Thank You. I’ve got a question
    What if I’m in fear and in a dangerous area of a big city or in a dark alley and I’m being followed? How do I control my fear?

    • @Johnnywilsonforever
      @Johnnywilsonforever 6 років тому +3

      I'm a man but I have happened through that since where I live tends to be quite dangerous, and I've avoided being mugged a few times. What has worked to me is to do the same as if you were in a place where there are aggressive dogs. First thing is not to run and don' look frightened, but as he said in another video, start assesing your envirnoment; as a good rule of thumb always keep a healthy distance from every person you see, that way you can assess their intentions and give you time to react. If you think you are being followed there might be another dangerous person upfront so you have to pay attention to your escape route, which in an alley it can be just two ways. Keep looking for objects you can use to defend yourself if neccesary (or use as obstacles) while you keep distance from your pursuer, and see if you can get some public place to get help, a store or some place with bright light is usually a deterrent.
      You can know if someone is following you if you change a pattern in your walk (like speed, direction or side of the road) and the other person does the same. Abruptly stopping usually takes a pursuer off guard so you can guess real intentions that way. Also, it helps to put your mind in an agressive mode.
